Blown up 4 this month – I been jackhammering plaster out of pools. Always grease it , usually 2 times a day. I use it like how a man is supposed to use it and it breaks. Must be made of fairy’s or people who can’t work for longer than 30 minutes at a time . Show details
Faulty chuck – Have only use my Ozito rotary drill once and the chuck is bent. It also comes in a flimsy case and the latches don't lock. Tried taking it back to Bunnings but they won't refund of honour the warranty without a receipt. I suppose you get what you pay for!! Waste of money sorry Show details
faulty chuck – im on my fourth hammer drill i have been drilling through 20 mpa concrete 3" thick with 450mm long bit 12mm diameter the bit somehow suddenly is released from the chuck when withdrawn , in other cases the bit was stuck and couldnt be removed . ive just received the foutrth ,on the first hole the bits comes away from the chuck i have been using this as a hammer drill . pity as its a great machine otherwise , tedious having to reinsert bit Show details
Real value for money, much better than expected – I've had this machine for over a year now, used mostly as a jackhammer, breaking concrete, brick walls and removing tiles and slates. Doesn't miss a bit. Also used it as a drill as it makes the job of drilling in full bricks and concrete so much easier; longer drill bits too, but limited sizes. A bit heavy after a while and does get hot; would be nice to have a wide chisel when removing tiles. Excellent machine for the price.
Great item, takes a real beating! – Have been using this mostly as a jackhammer to dig up a 3500x200x150 deep channel in my reinforced concrete driveway slab. Very hard tiring work but the machine hasn't skipped a beat despite it's difficult life so far. Have tortured it quite a bit working in a dusty and wet concrete cutting environment, to the point where both chisel and point… Read more
bits are blunt and the casing gets so hot it burns your skin. It just keeps running.
Drills thorough concrete very well and comfortably too. Made it through my 200mm thick driveway slab no problem. It's a bit heavy after a while, bent over, chiselling concrete, but then again it's not the ideal machine to use for breaking up a driveway slab. Perfect for lighter duties like removing tiles and drilling holes in concrete. Very comfortable to use with the anti-vibration handle. Included accessories are nice.
Good value for DIY – Comes in a kit with various other attachments-masonary drills, spike ,chisel and keyed chuck to use for drill ordinary drill bits and spare brushes. Has plenty of operator mode options-hammer/rotary hammer/normal drilling. No reverse though. Very affective in drilling in concrete will go though witth no problems. the masonary bit supplied are very… Read more
