Good value for money – I used mine for 6 years, rotating 2 batteries, nearly every couple of days, 80% of the time in the wet, and it only just gave out! Very good value for money! Show details
Perfect around the house – I bought the Ozito 3 years ago , its doing the job ...as Drill - Screwdriver and putting Hooks up in Masonry ...Battery is very good...overall a very handy tool and a must have around the house ... Show details
Not a fan! – Ozito's newest offering doesn't hold a candle to my previous model. For 2 very good reasons - the ergonomics are nowhere as comfortable in hand as the previous model, and the chuck knurling is far less pronounced - resulting in the chuck slipping in hand on higher torque settings when tightening or undoing it, causing painful friction burns to the… Read more
palm. Other than these glaring issues, I do like the flexibility of swapping out tools using the same batteries.
Great tool – Very happy with this drill. It qualified with all my DIY projects. One thing have to mention is the No-hassel-replacement service which is easy to go through and saves your time. Replacement warranty is flexible. You can choose either replacement or upgrade, or even refund. Great job, Ozito. Show details
Great cheap drill – Not bad drill for the price gets the job done. I haven't had any problems so far, the battery lasts a good while. Great for beginners like myself. Very handy. Show details
Very Good – Its hammer action has been good enough for the several types of brick I have come across. Hardly knife through butter but ordinary 5mm masonry drill bits get in quickly enough. As a hammer drill it is adequate but the full 13mm drill bit size into masonry would be slow going in all but the crumbliest of brickwork I would think. I have not used… Read more
it for metal but for wood drilling, it's as fine as could be reasonably expected. As a driver (screwing in) I would like more torque but I bought it more for its hammer drill capabilities as I tend to use an impact driver these days anyway for that side. Its clutch is fine and works as expected. All in all, a really solid combo drill buy that keeps going with the help of its brushless motor in spite of its handy small size and weight. It's gold brick 5yr instore Bunning's warranty is second to nothing, IMO.
Cordless drill 18v – These are getting less robust, there not as well made as earlier models, It they still do the job, good torque and quick release chuck. Seem a little lighter to previous models Show details
Fantastic drill from the Ozito PXC lineup – In my opinion it is a great drill. I use it to drill plate steel all the time and countless other projects. I prefer to use Ozito PXC over my Makita branded tools. Used it for nearly every week for 3 years and is good working order. For the 99$AUD I paid... That value for money is unrivalled anywhere in the power tool world and I own and use… Read more
Makita, Milwaukee, Dewalt and Ryobis. While not quite as long term robust or as powerful as the big 3 brands it makes up for it in price and you can forget Ryobi One +. Ozito PXC is a much better option if they have that tool in their line up. Only downside to using these tools that I can see is they are much slower to develop tools for the range so you might find they don't actually make the tool you need. (ie impact ratchet)
Great value for money! – Got it from Bunnings when it was on sale for $99 and it has surpassed my expectations. This drill can drill into anything with ease, doesn't get hot and it's light enough. Battery life is ok for small DIY projects but you get two in the box so you don't have to worry about it. Show details
Faultless Performance – Killed my previous battery drill by asking it to do too much, battery gave up. I didn't want to spend professional money, because the drill is only occasionally used, so I went for the top of the Ozito range. I love this drill it is a pleasure to use with plenty of power and a good range of settings. I have used it on 100mm hex head screws which… Read more
it coped with, with ease. I have only had cause to use the hammer function once but it worked very well, I didn't think about reaching for the electric drill.
The two batteries mean you are never stuck waiting for it to charge, you can also get a lamp that clips onto the spare battery very cheaply adding to the versatility.
My only reservation is how strong are the plastics if accidentally dropped? Given the price, I can accept this possible shortcoming.
Very please would have no hesitation in recommending.
Great Value for Money – I have had this drill for about 7 months now. Pros: - Cheap for a brushless drill - Comes with 2 batteries and a charger which charge fairly quickly - Good ergonomics - Metal Chuck Cons: - The speed switch can get stuck at times causing the gears to grind (easily adjusted but not great quality) - No bag or carry case - Weak clutch… Read more
(basically doesn't matter what setting you have it on) - Weak hammer feature, not good for serious jobs, solid rock or concrete (fine for getting through mortar) I bought this because I needed a hammer drill for a small project and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I opted to spend up slightly for the brushless multi battery pack over other cheaper options because I figured I'd be able to use the Ozito Power Xchange battery system for some other cheap skins in the future.
Overall I'd say that this is a great drill when considering the price and general quality. It is a perfect DIY level tool and if you don't do a lot of regular work this will get you through it.
It's also a great drill if you can tolerate or don't mind it breaking on you since it comes with Ozito's no hassle 5-year replacement warranty which is pretty amazing. *Mine has not broken on me at all, just saying.
So the drill does what it's supposed to - It drills holes, puts in screws and the hammer feature works.
That said there are definitely some draw backs over more expensive drills and when I compare it to my 6 year old Dewalt drill (Not brushless), it's not hard to see what a trade quality product will get you. - Generally speaking the Dewalt has a more solid construction feel, the clutch works much better and the batteries last a bit longer (Same size).
My recommendation (as above) is to buy this drill if you are considering it since you're probably looking for a cheap option that will work well for DIY. If you're planning to set up a serious workshop need to rely on this for work or use the clutch feature regularly (uncommon now that we have impact drivers) then I'd spend up to a higher tier brand.
Ozito Cordless Drill : Love It – I bought this with a little bit of trepidation and was very pleasantly surprised at the performance and reliability. This drill has been worked hard and has not faulted once. Super great price and performs as well as my other, much more expensive, cordless drill. Ozito has converted me especially with their five year guarantee. Hasn't let me down yet, very happy. Show details
Ozito hassle-free warranty claim – In 2017 I purchased this PXBHK-120 Brushless Hammer Drill kit which came with 2 batteries. It's been an excellent product. During charging recently, the charger indicated a defective battery. On checking the warranty details on the instruction leaflet I realised the battery had a 3 year warranty. I rang Ozito, they asked for a few code nos. from… Read more
the battery. Ozito said OK, take it to Bunnings with my receipt and get a replacement. Ozito customer assistance were efficient, polite and helpful. The phone call was hassle-free and took less than five minutes. I got a replacement battery from Bunnings, no problem. Nice to deal with a company that believes in customer service. Very surprised at how easy it was. Very happy with the process.

Best Battery Drill I have EVER purchased – Bought this to help with the fit out of my wifes craft room. Put together over $4,000 worth of IKEA flat pack. Put in around 200 6mm holes into Brick for anchors. Screwed in about 200 8G 50mm screws to those anchors. Wore out 5 x 6mm Masonary Drill bits. And the Ozito just keeps going. Show details · 1
Sturdy enough for DIY and a casual wood worker – got this as a gift for xmas 12 months ago, has been a solid enough drill, have built a few flat packs with it, used it for odd bits an pieces around the house and often use it when im doing my weekend woodwork, cant complain with the 3 year warranty and can use the battery on my other ozito tools, all in all im happy with it Show details
Great for DIY at home – Bought a brushless hammer drill and impact drill for work around the house and they are perfect! Very affordable and all the power you would need, batteries are also quite cheap so I can see myself adding some other ozito tools to my collection for work around the house. Great products Show details
Brilliant drill at a great price – Bought this for my house Reno about 2 months ago and haven’t put it down. It’s powerful and compact and hasn’t missed a beat. I was willing to spend 300% more to get Makita but actually realised the chuck on the makita was plastic whereas the ozito was steel. So I took a chance and best decision I’ve made on power tools. So impressed I have now… Read more
bought all the other tools in the ozito power xchange 18v cordless range and equally happy.
