If you earn your money as hard as I do, you should really run from this company. I'm not sure if they just try to rip everyone off or if their behaviour is just caused by ignorance and bad manners. arrived but no one showed up. So, we call, we email, we ask. No container, no one cares. Then the Oz Skips guy tells us he can't deliver as he has no 3m^3 container (why did they accept this job in the first place?) but would deliver a 4m^3 container. We just must not fill it up otherwise it'll cost more.

He shows up with that so called 4m^3 container that is actually just a 3m^3 container (*) the next day. As we had 3m^3 waste, we filled it up with it but we did not fill it up to the rim just to make sure not to get into trouble with that impertinent bloke again. Alas, it didn't help at all. He came to pick the container up, at a time where only my son were at home and extorted another 140 bucks out of him. My son complied, fearing for his life after getting personally threatened. Absolute criminal behaviour!

As a result, we paid almost 500 bucks for a three m^3 container, didn't dare to fill it up and are still left with some of the waste.

It would have been a lot cheaper to ask a reputable company in our area directly instead of using a booking platform. But this is about Oz Skips, the worst supplier of anything I've ever bought in my life. Avoid at all cost!

* the container we got measured 1.2m x 1.8m at the bottom, 1.4m x 2.4m at the top and was 1.2m high (all measured outside). That is 3.3m^3 if we use the outside measurements, so actually it's the 3m^3 one). My wife asked Oz Skips for the measurements of our container and a guy called Parth answered: 2650mm x 1735mm x 1255mm. These guys send Measurements in mm but still don't know how big or small their containers really are. Or it's intentional. Most people would probably not measure the containers they got.
