Pago Matrix II Plus

I bought this chair from Officeworks in 2020. The chair is well built, comfortable and very adjustable. It has a 10-year warranty which is a good sign. The gas lift on the chair started to fail recently and I thought fair enough, time to replace the cylinder. I work from home full time and spend 40 hours plus per week on the chair. I am 85kg. I sent an email to Pago support and they couriered a new cylinder free of charge within 3 days. Excellent customer service! The chair is just like new again and I'm sure I will get many more years of use. Great local business and I would buy again without hesitation.
