I get back pains from this as a 6'2 fellaThe chair seat is great and comfy for prolonged use, however, the back has a fiddly adjustment system where once you go over a certain height it drops down, coincidentally your own back can push it past this point making the back drop randomly. Sitting on the chair for hours makes my upper back so sore I needed to go to the dr and get muscle relaxants (for the record I'm fit and get complimented on my posture). Show details
Comfortable and customizable. =)The chair is great, it is durable and holds up well to prolonged use.
The warranty is reliable and the manufacturing company Pago really cares about their customers, I contacted them two years after purchase due to the gas lift no longer functioning correctly and they organised a replacement with very little effort required.
I am a Pago customer for the foreseeable future and will happily recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable office chair.

The round twisty lever on the right side determines how 'stiff' it will be to recline and thus, holding you upright. There are 4-5 levels of stiffness with forward (clockwise as you're looking at the lever) being stiffer, and backward (anti-clockwise as you're looking at it) being softer. Pago recommends adjusting the lever on the left to be 'unlocked' (i.e it freely reclines), and adjusting the lever on the right to a stiffness that allows you to be kept upright, but also recline with little effort. I hope this helps!
