Paint Plot

This company has changed dramatically... Beware this is NOT a Australia company... It used to be and have previously had no complaints.. Shipped from Melbourne but now china like every other PBN.. It's been two weeks and still no painting, No PayPal either... What a shame! Don't use them because they are fraudulent claiming they ship from Australia.

Paints very poor quality have to apply several coats. Grand children accidently ordered same as myself for Christmas present no help whatsoever in changing or returning. Wish I had read reviews earlier. Agree totally overpriced. Over $300 worth all up expensive lesson learned.

Don’t order before an event - not actually in Australia. Just some drop shipping site it seems. Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas, didn’t even ship out until 4 days after Christmas. They said “read the FAQ” - scammy business.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought. I ordered one as a Christmas present and ir hasn’t arrived and no communication whatsoever and now I have read the reviews a I’m so sick of scammers and poor customer service businesses. really I’m disappointed in these terrible companies and I hope karma comes to them soon and bites even on the butt.

Avoid at all costs. Overpriced, delayed shipping, arrived damaged due to being tossed in a plastic bag. The 'frame' is nothing but a couple of thin sticks. Unable to give as a gift due to completely bashed in box. Complete waste of money. Don't bother contacting support, they simply don't care.

Avoid this company. Orders shipped ex China. Was ordered for a gift on the 3rd August & still hasn't arrived. Tracking details don't show where it is coming from, so they are sneaky about telling you its ex China. Plenty of better suppliers available. Embarrassing situation when its a gift & doesn't show in time. I had to go & buy a second gift to avoid looking Luke i had forgotten my friends birthday.

After ordering and receiving my paint by numbers kit I realized I thought I had ordered the frame with it but I had not ticked the right box. I emailed the company to see if I could purchase a frame . They responded immediately and offered me a 30% discount on the purchase of a frame which was sent out immediately. Would give them a zero if I could – Purchase for a Xmas present based on the fact their website stated it was in stock and they are an Australian Co. Product shipped after Xmas from China. just a cheap backyard operation using 3rd party companies to do their support emails, shipping, and distribution. Would probably bet their blurb about being a young Australian couple is fake as well. Wish I had come here first to see the reviews.

Need for improvement – The purchased frame was of poor quality- splintery and significantly too small for the painting so had to use it as a backing frame instead. Colouring was fairly accurate and I was pleased with the final product. A sheet with colour references is definitely needed for touching up purposes once the original numbers have been painted over.

Disappointed majorly – Not Like The Picture. I purchased my first paint plot and I chose based on the colour scheme of the picture. The one on their website was vibrant and absolutely gorgeous. paint and brushes are meh. Canvas quality is not great. Have definitely bought way nicer kits from Amazon and temu. I will definitely not be spending $60 on this crap again. I will continue to do pbn, but I will be purchasing from Amazon who are cheap and awesome with the products!

Regarding the shipping, the website states that it will ship within 2-7 days. After 7 days I had received no communication about my order. I emailed support who wrote back apologising and then they sent my order out with a very suspicious tracking website that didn't actually work.

I logged the tracking info directly into aus post myself and australia post had not even received the package. Paint plot had not even bothered to send it. They just generate tracking numbers.

I did eventually receive it, but it took too long and as I said it was so ugly.

Not happy and will probably be chasing a refund or some money back because the pictures on the website are totally misleading.

1 month waiting with no communication – I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I didn't receive any shipping information about my order so I contacted them. then asked when they would be shipped and got told a date approximately 2 weeks after my initial ordering date. I waited another week after this date and it still had not been shipped. I finally asked for a refund as it was clear that, after a full month of waiting, my order was not going to be shipped. The communication was terrible and I was always the one initiating conversations rather than them notifying me they were out of stock, or there were shipping delays, or anything else they should have informed me of. I will not use this company again and I would not recommend anyone else purchase through this company either.

Terrible experience! incorrect item and VERY LATE Delivery! – Ordered and paid on 26/11 (with Express Post) for a birthday gift on 1/12. Chargeback of not receiving correct item, other than that, nothing you can do. it's not about money, it's all about service! However, I simply cannot see any service here. Hopeless!

much much darker. Not worth finishing it. I usually buy my PBN's from other sites at 1/3 of the price. I thought paying almonst $60 for one unframed PBN, I would get quality. Was so disappointed that this was not the case. I did contact PaintPlot with my concern, but never got a reply. However, I do get constant barrages of emails with ads to buy from them, something I will never do again. I felt that what I got was WAY overpriced, and of poor quality (paints so much darker that what advertised). If I knew they would be this dark, and so different to what was advertised, I would never have bought it. Waste of $60.
