I was impressed with the customer service team checking in to see which day was best for delivery. Tables arrived quickly and without issue. Tables need a drill to assemble to base.

desk was delivered to my billing address and another the next day to the correct address I contacted them identifying the mistake and asking for a refund of 1 desk. They disputed it saying I was at fault. Never use them again.

longer the warranty cover the better the quality of the item will be. For my price point the Florida Ergo Chair appeared to be good value for money with a decent 10 year warranty. The weight capacity is worthy to consider this has a decent 135kg weight capacity which indicates to me it will be a sturdy chair. The chair is for home office use I was informed it is also ideal for an office environment. I called Elite Office Furniture to see if I can have a feel of this chair, unfortunately there was no showroom where I live to try it out. It all depends where you are located. I am assured by the salesman that I won’t be disappointed with this chair, he also stated it is one of their best selling chairs. I purchased this chair and collected from a storage place nearby to save on freight cost. It was reasonably easy to assemble thought the instructions was very limited but acceptable. The material felt good quality for this price point and very sturdy. I found all the features of the chair worked well for me I am 1.8 metres tall no issue here, I also added the optional headrest which can be useful when pondering :-). The seat is well padded for me I felt it has a reasonable back support. I could use this seat comfortably for several hours at a time which is a good point to consider. Time will tell if the padding on the seat stays comfortable as it is now. I have no hesitation recommending this chair to anybody considering a quality ergonomic chair for the office or home office at a reasonable price.
Whiteboard is of a high quality and exactly as advertised. Unfortunately delivery was not available to my rural area but pick up was easy and the store person was very friendly and helpful and carried it to my car for me. Installation instructions were a little confusing but we managed.
I ordered arm rests for our office chairs as my physio recommended is best for me. As this was a 'spare part', I found many companies unhelpful and slow to respond. Elite Office Furniture assisted me extremely quickly, knew what to order and shipped out 2 sets nice and efficiently. Very happy with their service!

I received a phone call from Elite Office Furniture the following morning from Luke, apologising about how their system calculated the postage. Luke offered free postage for my item, immediately sent an invoice and I have already paid for my item. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE.
Follow-up · Yes, the mat arrived quickly and is great quality. It is very comfortable to stand on. I actually purchased it to use as a standing platform for my VR Headset, in the house and garage with a concrete floor. It defines my boundary and stops me straying to windows or furniture where I might damage something.
The Titan High Back Chair is very comfortable and suits our needs perfectly.
Follow-up · The chair was easy to assemble and is still in excellent condition a year later.

Each item arrived in flat pack and the superb quality of these products was immediately obvious as I assembled each item; every part was precisely machined and beautifully finished. I can envisage this furniture lasting me for many years.
In addition, Elite's delivery fee was surprisingly low and I was suitably impressed with the delivery driver who for each delivery, carried these quite heavy items through to the area of the house where I needed them. I unreservedly recommend Elite Office Furniture and its products.
Follow-up · As a follow up to my review here are a couple of further observations: 1. I was pleased to see that I could pay for my Elite products through PayPal. This way I don't need to expose my card details. 2. I found the assembly process for each unit was pretty straightforward, even for this old git, working alone and having only average hand skills.

if I was able to see/try an assembled chair. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly and invited me to their showroom in Auburn. Upon arrival we were greeted by a consultant who listened to my request to see and try a chair, helped me with my request and answered all my questions. Upon purchasing the chair, he asked if I would like it assembled (which I kindly refused as it probably wouldn't fit into my SUV), called the warehouse and organized for it to be ready for me upon arrival. and gave us clear simple instructions how to get there. At the warehouse (a 5-minute drive away), a storeman brought the box out on a forklift and loaded it into the back of my SUV. Assembly at home was simple. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only complaint is the writing on the instructions was a little too small. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Elite Office Furniture for any office fit out, small or large. This email acknowledged that I was dissatisfied with the quality and comfort of the chair and said it could be returned if it was in the original packaging with a loss of a 25% restocking fee. My husband spent hours disassembling it and carefully repacking it into the original packaging. When I emailed following the weekend ti arrange collection the same customer service person told me it couldn't be returned if it had been assembled and sat on! Really how on earth did she think i had formed an opinion that the chair was so uncomfortable that i left a one star review on the comfort and quality if I hadn't sat on it? When this was raised with her she did not even acknowledge that i was upset because she gave me incorrect information that put my husband to considerable trouble to pack it back up for absolutely no reason. Instead of at the very least an apology i was offered a discount code for future purchases as if I would ever make another purchase through this company.

FurnX too no responisiblity and told me to call Elite and when I did was advised 'next week they will be ready'. When I called and confirmed the next week to ensure they were ready before I travel 1+hours a second time told 'Yes'. Arrived only to find not ready. Called Elite (in Sydney) and they arranged for the final 2 cabinets (which should have been ready and I was advised were ready to pick up) to be delivered. The staff (Josephine and Ivy) have been great and helpful. The cabinets are so strong and riveted together. The change from one order to being split into two under same order number by Elite seems to have caused the issues. No problem, all solved, and I am buying more.

Whilst there were some initial delivery delays, it was delivered on the finally agreed date, and the Texas electric lift chair is fantastic, absolutely worth the money.
Follow-up · Assembly was easy. The chair back just clips in. The remote comes already assembled and plugged in. Base was a little trickier, and needs a bit of strength, but still easy. The side table I got seperately was harder to put together. And yes I use it for long periods, with a couple of pillows. Not needed to use warranty yet.
Excellent chair - very comfortable and supportive, light to manoeuvre and a beautiful fabric with great colour options. Even better it is made in Australia - and to see the guys in the factory making such great products.
All the other furniture places I tried couldn't deliver to a business between 9-5 in the CBD but elite furniture had no problem. 10 year warranty, good price, and when I revealed a defect that did leave my finger with a cut they gave me a reasonable partial refund of $50. Good service, comfortable chair. Very straightforward working with this company so if you're a business I'd go with them just for the hassle you'll avoid alone.

after money and is choosing cheap options for delivery at the cost of the customer. The quality of the table hasn't been checked yet and I am worried a company with such low standards can not supply high quality items. Be very careful with these guys.
On Saturday 8th November 2025 I purchased a Buro Tidal Mesh Chair for $621 with shipping of $47 but since then they kept making excuses saying the order has been dispatched when it hasn't. On Monday 17th November 2025 I asked them to cancel the order and refund me since I wasn't going to put up with any more of those pathetic excuses from them. I would definitely avoid buying things from them because they are liars, cheats and scammers.

Based on that, I booked a job in for the 4th. Now I’m being told there’s zero chance of it arriving in time.
Put on hold twice for over 20 minutes, promised a callback both times — nothing. No follow-up, no accountability, no communication. Just a complete waste of time.
I had a lot of work lined up that I planned to run through this company. Now? Never again. You’ve cost me time, money, and business — and you clearly don’t care.
