I searched a few sites for P2 masks which have been recommended to wear while gardening and working with potting mix. So happy to find these from Ink Station and I also purchased a box of regular surgical masks for visiting the doctors and shopping. The prices were great and postage was very affordable. I’ve been buying printing supplies, ink cartridges and just arrived… a weighing scale .. a proper weighing scale. Super fast shipping. Ordered on 14 March and arrived 19 March. Supposed to arrive 17 March but you know how delivery system in Australia is terrible. The box arrived very damaged. I highly recommend ink station to anyone.
Have been ordering from them since 2022. The last two times I’ve ended up with faulty printer cartridges. They fixed the issue the first time but refused to the second time as the cartridge was purchased over a year ago. It hadn’t expired or been opened. So won’t be using their business again after these faulty cartridges and not taking responsibility for the last one.

technician who then wanted me to video me inserting the cartridge in to my printer. I took a photo of both cartridges and sent it to them, the ink station. After a month of them not accepting what I was on about they requested I send them back the ink cartridge before I could get a refund. So after 6 weeks I received a partial refund and not the postage I was charged for due to their negligence. Never again will I ever buy from this company.
I found Canon printer ink 50% cheaper at Amazon, Officeworks and Kmart !!!! Three from Amazon for the price of two from Ink Station, both free shipping. Shop around.

(since nil ink in printer), I was told I can write the information on the parcel. I don't live in town and don't have an empty box or bag that I can re-use as a parcel. So I am expected to waste more time driving 15km, more money, and more energy returning products that should not have been faulty to begin with. Law, goods sold to consumers come with automatic guarantees that they are of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose. Cartridges that fail at roughly half capacity do not meet that standard, and the repeated nature of the fault suggests a systemic problem with the product. Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, I am entitled to a remedy — a replacement or refund — and that right cannot be excluded or limited.
I offered to return the faulty cartridges for inspection so the fault could be verified. That offer was ignored, my complaint went unanswered, and no compensation of any kind was offered.
I am requesting a replacement or refund for the four affected cartridges. If I do not receive a substantive response, I will escalate the matter to the ACCC and to NSW Fair Trading.
Spent almost $600 and it said it’s free postage over $65 and they charged my almost $40 in postage not a happy customer
Do not buy the HP W2180X-W2183X (218X) compatible high yield toner cartridges from Ink Station. The print quality is extremely poor.

I had an issue with one of my Toner cartridges leaking toner. Contacted Ink Station and they gave me some things to do to try and fix the problem. the problem persisted and they replaced the cartridge the next day.
Follow-up · Ink Station were very helpful and the service was prompt. the instructions they gave me were clear, even though it did not fix the problem. As soon as I told them that the problem persisited, a replacement was dispatched and I recieved it the next day. I have had no issues with the replacement toner cartridge.

The requested inks arrived before I anticipated they would. This has always been the case with Ink Station. I have never faulted inks from Ink Station. GC
Follow-up · There are loads of other products for a whole range of different printers. The packaging was excellent. I don't remember the delivery cost. You would find that on the site, and it would depend on what you ordered, and how much.
I only use ink station for a reason, fair prices, ease of ordering, good cartridges, have rarely had any issues

Dispatched as promised however Aust Post did not deliver as instructed. The black ink cartridge seemed to contain a watered down ink. Fortunately I had a spare which worked well. I have been very satisfied with Ink Station in the past but a little disappointed this time.
Only had one malfunctioning cartridge over the many years and that was promptly replaced. Of the various printers I have had over the years, IS can always find a cartright/ribbon for the printer
I have been ordering from Ink Station for years and have always found their products to be of a high standard. I have a Canon printer that needs 6 separate ink cartridges and love that you have an option of ordering 18 cartridges of your choice for a really amazing price. also didn’t recognise it. I contacted Ink Station and asked for a refund. Ink Station required me to contact the printer manufacturer and have a case number to confirm the cartridges are faulty. They had a list of things I had to submit to receive a refund like a photo of the error message on the printer, photo of the printer, photo of the cartridge. I’m pretty sure if I purchased the cartridges from BigW or office works and they didn’t work, I would receive a refund- no questions asked. Being a regular, returning customer of The Ink Station I was expecting a slightly better customer service. So base on how they dealt with that issue I will not be buying from them again.
1 star is even too good rating for this guys. Got a wrong product and before open the box, how would I know? Just because opened the box, they cant refund/accept return. What a joke.

If it looks to good to be true it's probably as dodgy as the ink cartridge I purchased, I was lured in by half the price of anything else, wish I'd thought about why they could sell so cheaply. It didn't even fit my printer.

I have been a repeat customer for over 12 months now and I won't go anywhere else for my Canon printer cartridges. The cartridge quality has been fantastic everytime, they are so much more affordable than anywhere else and delivery is fast. Highly recommend.
Continue to be the go-to ink supplier, VFM and prompt service. One thing I have noticed around the place is the lack of recycle bins for cartirdges of the empty variety. I wonder if Inkstation can come up with a cost effective way of me getting the old ones back to them. Maybe worth looking at
I have dealt with InkStation for some time. The product is always of good quality and is economical. But the very important thing is that delivery is very speedy. This has been an ongoing high point, and is a big decider in my using InkStation.

was awful and delivery experience was a day later than my normal experiences from Australia Post. Ink station listened and noted on my account so hopefully Australia Post will deliver next time. Good on you Ink station.

charged. I enquired byphone and email and was told that because the voucher discount had bought the price below $65 then Shipping was applicable. This was nonsense as I was able to find products on their web site priced below $65 offering free shipping. In fact just to test the situation I bought one such product. I explained all this to Ink Station and sent them copies of the web page and supporting data and received a stoney silence. So beware.
