charged. I enquired byphone and email and was told that because the voucher discount had bought the price below $65 then Shipping was applicable. This was nonsense as I was able to find products on their web site priced below $65 offering free shipping. In fact just to test the situation I bought one such product. I explained all this to Ink Station and sent them copies of the web page and supporting data and received a stoney silence. So beware.

I have been a customer for over five years and am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled. Four separate laser toner cartridges have registered as empty while still approximately half full of ink. Law, goods sold to consumers come with automatic guarantees that they are of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose. Cartridges that fail at roughly half capacity do not meet that standard, and the repeated nature of the fault suggests a systemic problem with the product. Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, I am entitled to a remedy — a replacement or refund — and that right cannot be excluded or limited.
I offered to return the faulty cartridges for inspection so the fault could be verified. That offer was ignored, my complaint went unanswered, and no compensation of any kind was offered.
I am requesting a replacement or refund for the four affected cartridges. If I do not receive a substantive response, I will escalate the matter to the ACCC and to NSW Fair Trading.

I’ve been buying printing supplies, ink cartridges and just arrived… a weighing scale .. a proper weighing scale. Super fast shipping. Ordered on 14 March and arrived 19 March. Supposed to arrive 17 March but you know how delivery system in Australia is terrible. The box arrived very damaged. I highly recommend ink station to anyone.

Inkstation gives super quick service – I ordered a few ink cartridges on Tuesday 3rd Dec. They arrived in Denmark at the bottom of WA this morning. Inkstation have supplied us before and the service is very fast. The prices are as good as any on the market and the quality of the products is very good.
Have been ordering from them since 2022. The last two times I’ve ended up with faulty printer cartridges. They fixed the issue the first time but refused to the second time as the cartridge was purchased over a year ago. It hadn’t expired or been opened. So won’t be using their business again after these faulty cartridges and not taking responsibility for the last one.
Have been buying ink for my various printers and required anything ink cartridge for my Samsung CLP 315 printer. I received item a week or so later. technician who then wanted me to video me inserting the cartridge in to my printer. I took a photo of both cartridges and sent it to them, the ink station. After a month of them not accepting what I was on about they requested I send them back the ink cartridge before I could get a refund. So after 6 weeks I received a partial refund and not the postage I was charged for due to their negligence. Never again will I ever buy from this company.
Spent almost $600 and it said it’s free postage over $65 and they charged my almost $40 in postage not a happy customer
Do not buy the HP W2180X-W2183X (218X) compatible high yield toner cartridges from Ink Station. The print quality is extremely poor.

I have to thank INk Station, because of their bad database maintenance and they delivered an order to the wrong address and would not rectify the problem. I ordered from another supplier, half the price AND exactly the same packaging as Ink Station, SHOP around good people.
bought $80 worth of 'compatible' canon ip100 ink, it all prints greys and blacks as BLUE and unacceptably streaky. completely BOTCHED INK. don't bother with them, they should be banned for getting way with this.

Cartridges all work on my three injet printers (Canon, Elson and Brother) with no issues
Follow-up · Delivery time was fair in a few days Genuine cartridges are never a good buy these days. The retail outlets are too expensive I use a Brother Inkjet these days as the laser is too slow to startup and the quality is not a good as the Brother MFCJ6740DW. Cartridges have always worked as expected. I write books these days and the injjet is fast, can print double sided and two pages per A4 sheet, I must have reliable cartriges for this work.

cartridge - something that used to be a feature of other brands. And then there is the aspect of delivery. Once you pay for your item, one doesn't want to be waiting too long for it to arrive. In this regard , I have always found them to be very prompt and with good communication too!

Another supplier of printer consumables that knowingly advertise items for sale that they have no stock for…..Companies such as this waste customers time (as well as their own time). No apology from this mob whatsoever….Just shrugged their shoulders….Unbelievable.
Whilst delivery of product was excellent, the product itself negativity affected my printer. Within two days of loading the ink cartridges my printer died. cartridges contributed to death of my printer. When I contacted Ink Station for a refund on the unused cartridges they would only offer a store credit less a restacking fee - this is sub-standard service.
For the first time in about eight years, I had a delivery dropped to the post office instead of being left on my doorstep. I was home all day and nobody rang my doorbell. My doorbell does work. At 8 o’clock last night I had a text message to say that my delivery had gone to the post office. This is the first time this is ever happened and I’m not happy.

Great service over many years. Very fast despatch and air express. Ordered Tuesday afternoon and had ink next morning, despatched Sydney and delivered ipswich QLD. Always reliable.
Recently they changed their delivery provider. Twice the items were taken to an alternative address on a main Sydney thoroughfare where parking is hopeless during normal hours. I had to carry a printer about 300m in the rain to my car which was "marginally" parked in a legal spot. Otherwise the service is immaculate.
