not recognised by the current software. After struggling for a few more days and sometimes getting the cartridge to be recognised but mostly not, I gave up and ordered two new cartridges from Ink Hub which Dean assured me would have the latest chip. Voila! No more problems printing! Good to know that cartridge chips have a use-by date, so in future I won't order more than I'm going to use in a year. Speedy delivery too, despite COVID-19 restrictions - ordered on Friday, delivered in Perth following Tuesday. Well priced and low cost postage. that's what's so important. They are compatible with my printer, they give just as good print quality as my Brother ones did and they don't run out as quick. And the best news? They cost a fraction of the price of the genuine ones. $7.70 for a black cartridge versus $38.88. I don't even have to make a special trip to Officeworks anymore. I order online and receive them within 2 days. They have compatible cartridges for many different printers, not just Brother. The service is outstanding and if you need any help with anything, Dean is fantastic. Don't be afraid to try a compatible cartridge from Ink Hub. I've just placed my second order with them. They are a great Aussie company and can save us all a lot of money!

cartridges for the Officejet Pro 8600 Plus (HP 950XL Black Compatible Ink Cartridge CN045AA) and they were delivered within a few days. The printer accepted them (luckily HP's update didn't block them) and printed successfully. While I cannot comment on the quality of printing high-quality images as I only print in 'draft' or rough with 'ink-saving' settings, large images and diagrams were still printed with surprisingly crisp quality, meaning the ink serves as an almost perfect substitute for the HP's OEM ink. With continual printing for a month, the print quality remained constant and there are no errors, faults or complaints from my printer.

From my experience, I can say with confidence that the Compatible Ink Cartridge that I have bought for the Officejet Pro 8600 Plus is an absolute bargain for its great print quality and competitive pricing.

Sent an email on the weekend for a tech question, and was answered within minutes. Answer satisfied my question. I ordered my cartridge, and it was in my hands in 3 days. epson 4740 - all ink cartridges not recognised – None of the 4 ink cartridges worked, 2nd guessed by owner after multiple times and hours problem solving. no attempt to re-send working cartridges, and i had to pay for postage. Received refund however won't be going back to Ink hub.

Lasted Two Weeks Only – Ordered and the delivery was rapid. When I put the black cartridge into my printer it said low ink levels. The cartridge (XL) lasted a maximum of 2 weeks. The colour cartridges appear to be working OK and I have not experienced what I have with the black ink. Disappointing.

Poor service and products – Bought a toner which was faulty! Issues getting an exchange with slow service. Not shopping here again as it all seemed good until they recieved our payment. Going to the ACCC.

Have been buying toner cartridges for my Brother printer solely from Ink Hub for 7+ years now. Quality is excellent and service is fantastic. Had a problem with one cartridge which was dealt with without question and replaced immediately. Great communication. Highly recommend.
