Will never use it again for my kid!!! False ads – I wonder why my 3 year old son always cry when I used this Palmolive 3 in 1 shampoo on him. It makes him cry a lot and the skin around his eyes turns very very pink to red because of the burning sensation/irritation. Also he got rashes on his chin because of this. Don't use this one not good for kids Show details

Terrible, Stings like crazy – I purchased this for my 4 year old. Normally he is fine having his hair washed in his shower. He has special needs and is unable to verbally communicate. When I used this product a couple of times on his hair he screamed and started rubbing his face like crazy. I stupidly assumed he just wasn't enjoying his shower that day. My partner then used it… Read more
on his hair and face it said it stung his face and eyes like crazy, no matter how much he rinsed it kept stinging his eyes, despite not actually getting any in his eyes. My poor child used this and was unable to tell me how much pain it caused him. A shockingly poor product, and this isn't the first complaint of stinging based on these reviews.
made my 17 month old scream it stung his eyes so much! – I'm devastated I've always used 3 in 1 kids products on my son, thought I'd try the Palmolive brand and omg! I used it for 3 days without realizing it was burning my son's eyes, I thought he was just not liking getting his hair washed, boy was I wrong. I tried the product on myself and it burned my eyes as well, even with my eyes closed! so horrible. should be taken off the shelf. Show details
False advertising – I washed my daughters hair for the first time tonight with it, the tiniest bit got in her eye, she screamed blue murder. I felt horrible. It is not tear free!
Absolutely Stings the eyes and there is no warning about that on the bottle – The packaging is very misleading in my opinion. Shampoo products marketed at kids should state "avoid contact with eyes" when they are not a tear-free formulation. It absolutely stung my childs eyes.
"Tear Free" - Nonsense. Clearly a false statement – I wish I had read the first review before I bought it. I have written the following to Colgate: "This product causes my daughter to cry when even a tiny amount of the shampoo reaches her eyes. Hence, it is not 'tear free" as stated on the bottle. Either change the formula to stop it causing tears, or remove the false statement 'tear free" on… Read more
the bottle.
I chose this product because of the "tear free" assertion, so I am very disappointed. This is a false declaration of the effect of using the contents of the bottle.
I will be posting this comment on social media and in reviews."
Definitely definitely not 'Tear Free' as labelled – The first time we used this, our 3yo daughter screamed that it was hurting her eyes. I was in the shower with her at the time, and I had just bought it in the supermarket that day, making sure that it said 'tear free' on the bottle. So I squirted some into my hands and rubbed it in my face and eyes. It burned. I was so shocked. How can it be… Read more
labelled 'tear free' in big letters on the bottle, when it's not?! It's a terrible, misleading product. Never again.
Dishonestly labelled as 'tear free' when it's obviously not.
