Excellent – They might cost a little more, but you can expect years of trouble free use. Panasonic have producted an excellent DECT phone with this model which explains why they are still making them. If you have a wireless LAN in your home, you will like the 1.8GHz frequency which is well away from the 2.4 GHz WiFi frequency. 1.8Ghz has excellent tranmission through walls. Much better than the 5.8GHz phones.

This phone comes with an excellent quality sounding handsfree speaker. Use it all the time.

The answering machine is easy to operate. Flashing red light indicates you have messages.

Can access your messages remotely from another phone when away from your home.

I cannot really say anything bad about this phone. I have 5 units attached to the base station. Excellent sound quality using on PSTN line and VoiP.

It has 1.8GHz so does not interfere with 2.4GHz Wireless Lan connection.

Central phonebook which can be accessed from any handset.

Each handset can also have their own private phonebook.

Easy to use.

have been using mine for over 2 years with no problems.

Call other rooms using internal call number. Each hanset is numbered 1 thru 6(max) This is a free call (PSTN or VoiP) not involved. All controlled thru the base station only. Why yell to others ion the house, when you can make a quiet call. Makes dedicated intercom systems obsolete. Nothing that I have found.
