Panasonic make the best microwave/convection ovens – I have had 2 of Panasonic's microwave/convection ovens in 30 years. The 1st had to be replaced because I had a fire in my kitchen, and the second started tripping the earth leakage system after a too vigorous cleaning by myself. Fantastic for such long service. Sadly Panasonic doesn't make such a large machine any longer, because I would have… Read more

no hesitation in buying one again. The controls are easy to follow, the microwave heats the food evenly. I would say that if you are a baker, you won't get the same results as you would get with a full size oven.

The best microwave I’ve ever had – I’ve had this microwave for 15 years, nothing has gone wrong over all that time and use. It heats as perfect as it did when it was new, has so many useful functions, reduce power mode, convection oven, inverter, easy to use dials. The only reason I’ve had to get a new one is because we bought a new house and the microwave doesn’t fit in the microwave spot. I’ve just bought a new Panasonic that will fit in the spot. Show details ·  1

I can not remember when I brought it but [approx] 15 yrs] it has served me well for years – being a single male for the last 20 years and a shift worker I have used mine every day without a problem, gets cleaned every week, I use the menu to cook stews and defrost and reheat profesional prepared meals the food was cooked to perfection. I was looking to buy a new one for my son Show details

Been a great M/wave – Would like to replace with a new 1 but same model as mine has a crack in the door. Still works perfectly and I make muffins, etc in it. Use all the time. Cook casseroles, rice anything just love it. I'd love to get a new 1 but same style and hardly use in other cooking appliance  Show details

10yrs old and going strong – I have two of these in my kitchen as my only cooking appliances. They are versatile, powerful, and cook everything I have asked them to. I roast in one and microwave in the other making for quick meals. I have started to look for updated machines but there appears to be none...... sadly. I suppose there isnt too much of a reason to recommend them as you cannot buy them any more....  Show details ·  1

An amazing appliance-Love It – I replaced my old Dimension 4 genius after 10+years of work with this model. I had to get used to convection cooking on a turntable (ie in round or square dishes), after being spoilt with racks and shelves for years in my Convection microwave, but found that this cooks evenly and does not overcook the top, as I had experienced previously. This is… Read more

the "Inverter" technology that is responsible. Would recommend this to everyone as a second oven or even if you only had room for 1 great appliance that did everything. had mine now 6 + years and never had any issues. It's quiet too!

Complete Rubbish – We bought this unit to replace an 18 yr old Panasonic Genius microwave as the inside of the door had rusted. Right out of the box the nn-c2000 was junk. It cooked so slowly it was unbelievable. In three years it had two new magnatrons and 18 months later inverter issues. Door cracked inside the first three years and it's only been used around 4 times as a convection oven so there's no excuse for over heating. Total junk. Never again Panasonic

Piece of crap – Bought this to use as convection oven & microwave, sold my 15+ yr old Sharp & regretted it ever since, Sharp was far superior unit, Panasonic broken down twice in space of 6 months, going to tip this time & being replaced with another brand, most likely a Sharp as Panasonic overpriced junk. Nothing to like Very unreliable & low power microwave

OK – Unfortunately ours also broke down after about 3.5 years. Doesn't heat at all now and switches off after around 20 secs. This is very disappointing considering the amount you pay for it. I would imagine it is not worth repairing. I will now buy a normal microwave just for heating and will just use my normal oven for convection heating.… Read more

Convection cooked evenly, made great Pizzas with it. It was good you could cook with two levels even though this resulted in the oven being quite large. Very bulky. Sometimes getting the pizza trays onto the metal shelves was awkward.

Terrible – I bought this to replace a still working, but tired, 15 year old Sharp convection microwave. Cost around $1000 and lasted well less than 4 years. Will not buy Panasonic again! Loved everything about this oven for the 3.5 years that it worked. It was very versatile having many more features than I ever used. Does anyone really use the online… Read more

menu display to prepare meals? The microwave cooked evenly and I tended to use the convection function more than my standard oven. It was quite expensive and only lasted three and a half years - Too expensive to repair. It took up a lot of bench space, but I knew that when I bought it.
