Beware of Panasonic service hoops – Microwave 8 months old and has developed rust type of stops on stainless steel fascia. Cannot be cleaned without removing black description lettering below buttons. Panasonic want it taken 40 km to them for assessment as it is classified as a walk in item. Ridiculous why it cannot be assessed by photos provided is unknown. Not a helpful or obliging company to deal with and there will be no more Panasonic items entering my home again. Very cheap and shoddy item.

Hi THomas, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. That sounds really frustrating, especially with a relatively new appliance. We ask to have the unit taken to a service center not only to be able to assess the unit but repair it as well, our unit come with a 12 month carry in repair warranty.
