Keeps dying – So when it works it's great but it has now blown for the second time. Not good enough for an expensive microwave Show details
They do so much more than just a microwave – I have had this model for just over a year now and I must say that I have used my large oven only twice since I bought this. It also enabled me to get rid multiple kitchen appliances. It steams very well and cooks the best cakes as it seems to have a more even cooking temperature than my regular oven. The grill works perfectly and the cleaning… Read more · 1
options make it so easy to clean. It is very quite while it is cooking and yes the fan when cooling is loud compared to the quiteness of cooking mode, but it doesn't worry me at all. The only faults I have with it is that the control panel is very dull and doesn't light up and I find the top can be a little hard to clean, but thankfully the cleaning modes solve that problem, apart from that to me the positives out weigh the minor issues by far. . Recently I have discovered that there is a 31litre model, which will go onto my wish list for the future.
Note: I thought I would update this as after loving the things my Panasonic could do and how well it cooked 5 months out of warranty the knob that chooses the majority of programs and sets timers stopped working on it. It's not loose or damaged in any way, it just stopped working. Thankfully I did get an extended warranty when I purchased it.
Update: For some reason there was a few months delay in what I was told was a simple repair. When I recontacted the extended warranty company with a question that I needed before going back to the store to follow up my repair, they were amazing. They stepped in, contacted the repairer and cancelled the repair. They then organised for me to get a new 4-1 and as it wasn't available locally they had it delivered to me, all in a matter of a couple of weeks. So after going through a frustrating time, it just goes to show that purchasing an extended warranty is worth it.
I now have the latest model and am really loving it, so once I check out a few more things I will write a new review for that one as I see some of the features have changed slightly
Noisy, No backlighting – The cooling fan is Still Noisy, even after having it repaired under warrenty .... NO Backlighting on the LCD Screen A Major oversight Also needs a 'Save' mode for ones 'Popular' settings.... Too longwinded to set Every Time !!!!! Show details

This product was a disaster – The thermostat was all over the place so food either wouldn't cook or it would burn. The microwave function produced a lot of steam and would dry out the food. As for the service I received from Panasonic, well it took them three months to test the unit and get back to me with the result, ie, it's faulty, no details as to what the faults were. I would not recommend this product or any other Panasonic product for that matter.

Great unit – I purchased this Panasonic inverter when it first came out and has been very good in our kitchen. A shame there is no back light for the LED display. Show details · 1
Malfunctioned when just out of warranty – Mine started to act as if in demo mode when not in demo mode. Switching in and out of this mode and turning on/off got it working for a couple of weeks before it stopped working completely. A very expensive piece of junk, avoid.

We have very bad experience with this model – We purchased this model in May2020 and it stopped working 1 year and 8 days (warranty is 1 year). We called Panasonic and they said we had to take the heavy oven to their office (in the middle of COVID) or we could send it back for repair at our cost. Luckily, we bought with 3 year care plan from Appliances online. Under this plan the INVERTER was… Read more
found to be faulty and was replaced (and it took two weeks to fix). 7 months later, it stop working again and the Magnetron needed to be replaced (took another 2-3 weeks to fix. then, 2 months later, it stop again and the INVERTER needed to be replaced. I called Panasonic stating this product is not fit for purpose and asked for a refund and they are not interested. Heed my warning, Stay clear of Panasonic Microwave ovens. Looks like I'll have to talk to NSW fair trading. Quality of the oven is a half star out of 10.

Horrified – It doesn't brown food evenly, however the steam is great. But it failed after less than 3 years.none of its options work ie MW convection oven nor steam. Paid $989 for it. Not happy. Show details

Poor quality construction – I am not at all satisfied with this unit. We have had 3 replaced under warranty for the same problem and the 4th is going back today. The issue 8s that the door opening button quickly fails. The door can still be manually opened but that is not what we want. Show details
Apologies, the model of the microwave the above complaint refers to is in fact NN-ST75LD
Inside cavity RUSTED out after 3 years – After around 3 years the inside roof of the microwave developed a layer of surface rust. I have never seen this in my life. Not only is this very disappointing, when I contacted Panasonic about it their service was very dismissive and was told it wasn't their problem. Looks like a new microwave for me, and this rusty box heading to landfill :/ Show details
Brilliant and versatile microwave steam grill oven – Our Sharp oven died...Was looking for convection grill microwave to replace it and came across the Panasonic combination steam grill, roast, microwave oven...none of the usual stores stocked it so we couldnt have a look before purchase...they could potentially order it in but ordered from Appliances On Line..considerably cheaper and had it… Read more · 2
delivered in one day. The oven is fantastic, we havent used all the possible cooking combinations yet but what we have tried has been excellent..its 27 L capacity but with flat bed and no turntable, the usable space is as good as 32 L with turntable so is very usable whilst fairly compact at the same time.....drop down door is great, dont have to hold the door open and gives full access (gives total access easily)..has an lcd screen and dial that takes you through multiple pictographs to drive it..at first we thought this might be complicated but in no time we were driving it easily...the crispy grill tray function is brilliant, can grill very easily...the steam function is very good...we steamed some beans and pumpkin squares and finished the steamed pumpkin on grill cycle...great result and no flavour loss. Build quality is excellent and it looks nice and smart on the benchtop (cant be built in).... microwave power is 1000w, grill 1200w, oven 1250w, combination is 2010w. We now do things in this oven that we used to use our larger kitchen oven for. Cant fault it, great investment..only thing that could have been better is the internal light, its not bad, could have brighter but not a deal breaker....very happy with this great appliance....pity its not seen in the stores...its probably because of the cost ($839 list price, we paid $645 delivered) but its well worth the cost, very good quality machine !
A Great All In One Microwave – Fantastic product. Does everything. I don't think there is any other Microwave that does as many types of cooking that this can do. It's expensive, but it does everything. My only gripe is no Instant Cook microwave button. Takes 4 different inputs to use microwave, but getting used to it. Show details · 1
Love this microwave – I had to find a multi function microwave that would fit exact dimensions for my new kitchen and after having a previous Panasonic Microwave/Convection that lasted 32 years, I didn't hesitate in going back to them. This one is compact but as it has a flat bed (no carousel) it takes the same dishes as my previous large one did! It's new inverter… Read more
technology is perfect. You can chose the power in gradients right down to 100 watts too.....no more low/med/high. It's a steam oven which I haven't had before but use regularly and love........I fit a whole stuffed snapper into it and it was delicious. It has a steam shot setting and I use steam settings to reheat so food doesn't dry out. It's a convection oven too and can be used as a combo, it's a griller, it defrosts on auto settings and has a heap of auto cook settings. It really is an amazing and versatile 'second' oven.
It actually wasn't even on the shelves of stores when I found it online so Harvey Norman got it in for me and did a great price.
