To Date we are Very Happy with our Panasonic Ducted System HOWEVER – Following the Handover of our property in Brisbane, by the New Home Builder in October 2022, we moved into our home in late November 2022. It would be remise of me not to comment on the FIVE STAR (Excellent), After Sales Customer Service that I received from Panasonic Australia’s Customer Solutions Specialist, Melyssa. These are some of the high lights of our Panasonic Deluxe Ducted System 3 Phase U-200PZH2R8: • Deluxe Three Phase System • Cooling 20.0kw • Heating 22.4kw • To date we have had all year round comfort, from our New Ducted Air Conditioning System. • We found the system to be Energy Efficient, as we also have Solar Power connected. • High Performance for both Cooling and Heating to the 7 Zones in our home. • We used the My Air Wall Mounted Display Controller as it is a Smarter Way to Control the various functions of the system, like single or multi Zone Temperature Settings, Fan Speed, timer settings, Setting specific Temperature Settings of the 7 individual zones contained within our home etc. • We also use the MY AIR Phone App, to control the same functions, but specifically to start the system prior to our arrival home, selecting whether we want the place either warm or cool. • For peace of mind the Panasonic Ducted System comes with a Full 5 year parts and labour warranty
