Great rice cooker – Purchased 2 months ago from Kogan. Outstanding rice cooker. Rice is perfect every time. Easy to clean.

Very bad quality – It is very expensive but no longer working properly after just two years. It has now burning Jasmine rice & makes it hard to eat. The cause is possible that either cooking control unit or cooking element malfunction – Jasmine rice function takes very long time to complete compared to a few weeks ago. There is no water boiling noise & almost no steam escaped from top. It looks like that it is cooking under lower temperature too long and as a result of rice burning underneath. To confirm this I tested the stream function - waited several minuts but water is not boiling and there is no steam at all.

Great little rice cooker – Pretty easy to use. Has each rice type water level on the pot per cup. Easy to pull apart and clean. Would be nice to have a total cook time display when you hit go. But other then that great fluffly rice every time.
