Ordered a pink and red rose bear, when it arrived it was aqua and red. Sent an email and almost 3 weeks later still no reply. Dishonest and disappointing

Never received item, only received an invalid Australia Post delivery reference number – Pre-ordered a Christmas ornament in October. On December 2nd I received an email that my order was being posted and I was provided with an Australia Post reference number. After 10 days, without further notice of item being in transit or delivered, I emailed Panda gifts but there was no response. I then emailed Australia Post who informed me that… Read more
the reference number was not a valid number in their system. I have ordered from Panda gifts in the past but recent emails related that there was a new owner and that they would honour previous orders if they had stock. They appeared to have stock as the item was advertised on their relaunched website for sale, now with a discount.
May be fake business – Terrible Serivce and company - not sure if they are a legitimate business. Purchased in October 2024. Not received item as at 12 December and sent emails through shopify and direct emails with no response on my order from either.
