Rude and arrogant staff! – I had walked into Warners Bay shop to not be greeted by either of the two sales consultants at their desks. 5mins of my own searching I left, no acknowledgement as I walked passed to leave, not that I was alone there were two other couples who came in after me that were also walking around aimlessly who too weren't acknowledged.

So disappointed really poor service for this day and age!

To the two ladies running the shop quit your jobs and find something that makes you happy if between the pair of you neither can even say "Hi" a sales customer service role isn't for you!

6 months later and still waiting – Honestly what can I say. A never ending nightmare. After many months of fighting and them fixing things bit by bit these are some of the issues. hang is not supported. When purchasing they give you a list of installers ALL ARE NOT LICENSED.

Our Smeg convectional MW oven did not fit as they measured wrong. Our Range hood did not fit as they measured wrong. I have been to Fair Trading and because the issues are not fixed I have to take them to the tribunal.

Do a license check on whoever you use and drive, walk, run past this business. They lack knowledge and staff do not communicate. When something goes wrong Panda blames the installer, the installer blames the stone mason and the stone mason blames Panda so they keep passing the buck. I am happy to send emails and photos to anyone who wants to see the what they have done to me.
