Avoid Panda Movers. They were 1 hour late and caused multiple damages. One mover was aggressive and careless. He broke a light switch, refused to properly protect our couch (now grease-stained with dirty hand prints) scratched and dented our fridge and TV unit (both new in 2025), and even sat on our chair smoking, leaving it stinking. Their truck was too small or badly packed so we had to leave our TVs behind.
When we asked how to claim for the damage after paying, he yelled at my husband in the street, said they have no insurance, and denied everything — including visible damage.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, and destructive. Do not use them.
Great company – The Best - Very Professional I rang Alex after getting his card when he was doing a move in the Easter Suburbs. Alex and his colleague were so fast, efficient, professional and friendly. I had just had a very bad experience with another moving company 4 days earlier so was very pleased by Panda Removals. Alex moved my small office from the Sydney CBD to another CBD location and an additional move to Parramatta. I highly recommend them.
