I took my car in to have dented doors repaired and the result was poor from start to finish. The repair quality was below standard, the doors did not look properly finished, and the workmanship did not reflect the level of care you would expect from a professional panel shop. Rather than looking like a proper repair, the whole job felt rushed and incomplete. To make things worse, when I tried to discuss the issues afterward, I had trouble getting a proper response. I was left disappointed with both the repair itself and the follow-up service.
Excellent Service – I needed help ordering a part on-line the gentleman I dealt with I believe was Steve. He was very efficient and I received my parcel in a timely manner. Thank you. Keep up the great work!! I will order all my future parts with your company due to this :)
Headlights - Poor quality – Bought headlights for my Hilux ute, worked fine for 10 months, then headlights stopped working, asked for replacement under warranty. They advised to buy another set $510, and then they would advise after more testing if they would replace them. Poor customer service. Anywhere else, you return show your socket & receive replacement. Disappointed !
The FASTEST delivery. GREAT price – Front RH guard damaged Monday 28th, Found and ordered from panel house 1 x guard (fender) + 1 x turn signal light assy. (repeater) 29th, Arrived at my roadside mailbox on the 30th. THANK YOU Alistair and PANEL HOUSE - You have my vote!!!
