Panelica

Panelica WEB Control Panel. https://panelica.com/ Priced from $4.99 /mth - 15 domains, $9.99 /mth – 50 domains, $24.99 /mth – unlimited domains Really impressed with Panelica and also now with their reactive support. Migration worked great from Plesk to Panelica with all site migrations thru their inbuilt migration tool going very quickly and without issue. Prices have increased dramatically with control panels and I decided to see what was out there as its been while since checking. So I tried many panels over the past few week without success. I was about to give up and continue with Plesk as its reasonably reliable and I have been using it without issue for many years, then came across Panelica by accident. Hardly any info on Panelica, with many other panels promising the world but then coming up short I was NOT expecting much after install but looked okay so thought I would give it a try. Good points with Panelica is its focus on security and its fast, very fast and reactive. I tried Cyberpanel and sadly it promised the world but delivered pain and suffering. I even paid for a lifetime license with Cyberpanel as its promise seemed reasonable to expect maybe a few small issue but found a lot of buttons that are meant to do stuff but you press and they do nothing, very clever to get revenue but soon you realise, that it’s all smoke and mirrors.

I tried Cloud Panel which is very stable, does what is promised but is very basic with extra features missing that are required in a control panel in 2026. I tried Enhance, which is new and looked great, very simple to use and really worked very hard to get it to work but again it came up short.

Features required in a web control panel in 2026 are firstly simple migration from at least the major panels, Cpanel and Plesk. Also clone website features and staging, good backup to local for quick restore and offsite for possible full failure and restore, ideally all websites and panel backup daily and easy to implement. These now are a minimum requirement and yet hard to find. Stability is a given and expected but some minor issue to resolve is realistic. Sadly, it’s difficult with new panels to devote resource without funding, so I think Panelica have the best model in a simple subscription at $5 US/month and 14-day free trial with all features available for the trial period.

I am still yet to go thru all the features of Panelica but impressed with what I have seen so far but it’s still early days. I self-host websites and to take advantage of cheaper priced hosting deals so will migrate to a new server or servers every few years to take advantage of reliable but cheaper alternatives. I have tried other panels at times but kept going back to Plesk as it just works and is convenient, prices have gone crazy, so I notice a lot like myself are looking for alternatives. I Give Panelica 5 stars and if you give it a try, I am sure you won’t be disappointed!
