I have personally experienced as a previous tenant fighting for my basic rights with this licensee. Right from the beginning as a tenant for me to live in poorly maintained and two unsafe repairs required immediately also. Even the tradies tell me how dangerous it was and couldn't believe they were not sorted straightaway. After many quotes months later. Still essential maintenance would not be fixed after six months.
