Terrible – Awful time dealing with Pritika and this company. Know your rights, stand firm and don’t hesitate to pursue legal action through the magistrates court when they take you for a ride.

Terrible agent – Recently moved out of our rental of 3 years. Swapped agents about a year ago and from then on it was terrible. Our new agent was Pritika. I would report issues and it would take her 2 weeks to let the landlord know. Upon exiting the house she tried to blame EVERYTHING on us that was there prior to us moving in. The house was old and was in much need of some renovations which the landlord himself admitted to. Every time I proved it wasn't us she'd made up a new issue that was suddenly our fault. In the end I lodged forms to go to court and suddenly received my bond back.

Terrible Service – I rented through this company for a couple of years. They were always really slow to respond to maintenance issues and blamed the owner for non repairs however I got to know the owner and he informed me they never told him of the issues. I also had an extremely bad experience with them when moving out and if it wasn't for the owner backing me up I would have had to wait even longer than the two months i waited for them to process the bond refund. The owner said he would never use them again. I found the staff rude, and very difficult to get on with. Their processes and procedures are very outdated making it very difficult to pay the rent as always wanted payment via BPAY - could not pay directly to an account or by CC. Management were no help either. Bit of a shonky mob - use them at your peril.

Bad rental – I rented a house from them and had many issuses. Pool clearner never repaired. Lighting to house took 2 and half years to fix. Retic broken and still waiting 4 months for repairs. Hot water system not working 48 hrs so far not repaired. Any maintenance items I have to battle to get done. If they ever get done.

Don't rent through them ! – I rented a house through them twice and both occasion had a lot of trouble because the owners did not fix things and the agent did not make sure they got fixed. In the last one there were leaks in the roof and a patio that flooded in rain. I had a really bad experience with getting my bond back when I left the place in perfect condition . They are reluctant to upset owners and lose their property management business which does not help the tenant.
