If I could give 0 stars then I would – Awful company with awful customer service! Ordered $150 worth of stuff and never received order number, order confirmation or the goods. Subaru outback 2019 Love it! – I would not recommend Parkside towbars at all. Service is very poor and delayed with excuses. Firstly, I would like to say that I had penciled in my fitment based on a reasonable time frame. Then when it came time, I rang to ensure the time was good to go, yes! great. and we don't know where it is ? Ok great! so I've paid for an item and you don't know where this is?
So a day or two passes and the item had arrived, I then try to arrange another time to book fitment and within a 15 minute window that also go's, next is the following month. during this time I had paid a deposit and have already been waiting for over 10 weeks. I really thought they would have the brain power to say well he has waited a while let's try to arrange fitment? yeah right!
I reschedule with another date. I then receive another phone call from Parkside, just confirming that you are coming in? I said great, but I was under the impression its not till the new month! the phone go's quite...... sorry yes. Its next month sorry about that.
The left sock is not talking to the right sock in this place!
