It's not a scam received item. The item arrived 5 days after order placed over the phone. parcel arrived from Australia parcel post.
I am sorry to say that I had give Parts Navigator a negative review just recently. And I want to retract it. The Part that I reviewed them on, did arrive. Though their correspondence wasn't great. And it did take a while. The part did arrive eventually. My apologies for the initial negativity. Regards Dennis Mannix
Ordered a genuine Mercedes V6 CCV breather from their website!They state authorised Mercedes parts dealer! they even advertised the genuine part number.Guess what,cheap Chinese knockoff arrived after a couple of weaks ,invoiced as genuine Mercedes part plus genuine part number!Three emails re this [Content Removed],not one rely plus .phone call unanswered ! Do not deal with this company !
Parts Navigator will not deliver and not refund – Avoid this site because you will not receive your goods! The site will show your car parts in stock but will not deliver. If you follow up first, they will advise the parts will be available in 5-7 days, then they will tell you that the parts are yet to be received from their suppliers. not be able to cancel the order, nor will you get your money back. This site is a scam and needs to be taken down by NSW Fair Trading but they just recommend to ask your credit card provider for a recharge.
