Dealing with Natalie and Juanita was absolutely horrible. Zero communication, zero empathy and not even one positive experience at all. Even for the smallest problem. Dodgy fees, doors not fixed for 3 weeks(48 hours should of been) Yellow water problems even couldn't get them to do anything and was left by Juanita to do it my self. Scary they have… Read more

After driving 45 minutes I showed up at 9am for my viewing and was told it had been cancelled. I checked emails and messages and nothing. I called the office and she said oh yeah it's because it's been rented out no apology until I basically asked for it. No oh we can show you another property just no f#*ks given

When experiencing problems with Property Management phone the Dept of Local Govt, Industry, Regulation and Safety. After the phone call one can write a complaint and forward it to Fair Tradings notice at LGIRS otherwise the public will continue to suffer.

Hands down the worst property management company I've dealt with. We bought a rental property through them so decided to stay on for the management. It turned out it was a very bad decision. They charge relatively high management fees, but what you're really paying for is high staff turnover and a stream of untrained, careless and inattentive… Read more

agents. Emails are often misread, attachments ignored, and basic admin tasks like checking invoices are routinely mishandled. Over the past six years, we’ve been passed around to more than seven different agents, and they’ve managed to double-pay invoices multiple times — each error found and followed up by me, not them. It's an absolute nightmare for any landlord who expects even a basic level of competence. It’s clear the problem isn't just the staff, it’s the way the whole place is run. Avoid if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Appalling Service & Property Condition – Peard Real Estate – Peard Real Estate - #Demi de Haan Beyond disappointed, shocking lack of professionalism, basic customer service. I experienced with Peard Real Estate sales associate #Demi de Haan. What should have been a smooth and professional property handover turned into a frustrating, stressful,& outright disgraceful ordeal. Here’s what happened: Total Lack… Read more

of Support & Communication – On January 28th, I contacted Demi to request essential information regarding the gas meter number and electricity supplier before settlement. Instead of a helpful response, I received a dismissive message stating she was too busy with appointments. A real estate agent’s duty is to facilitate a smooth transition for the buyer—Demi failed at even the most basic level of service. Unacceptable Key Collection Process – On January 29th, my settlement agent confirmed that the property settled at 10:45 AM. As per industry standards, the agent should have facilitated a proper handover no later than 12:00 PM. Instead, Demi informed me via text at 11:19 AM that she would "let me know once the keys are ready." As per Joint Form and General Conditions key handover is to be by 12pm “the day after” settlement. When I advised I would be collecting them at 12:45 PM, Demi ignored this and later sent a shocking text informing me that the sellers had simply left the sliding door unlocked and placed a key on top of a light switch inside the property. I was expected to jump the fence and navigate my way inside—despite suffering from a muscular condition that makes mobility difficult. This is beyond unacceptable. A proper key handover is a basic industry standard, which Demi completely disregarded. Filthy & Unacceptable Property Condition – Upon finally gaining entry, I was disgusted by the state of the property. The agent had made no effort to ensure it was in a reasonable, presentable condition for handover: ✅ Tiles were sticky ✅ The entire house smelled like filthy old socks ✅ The outdoor area reeked of something dead ✅ No keys to the letterbox were provided ✅ Bins were left uncleaned ✅ Walls were filthy, with chipped doors and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling -(This was mention on final inspection, she mentioned it will be professionally cleaned ✅ Bathrooms and toilets were in an absolutely disgraceful state At final inspection I brought up the condition of the property along with the Balcony railing being loose Demi mentioned "accept it as is" Demi advised “you to liaise with your settlement agent” I have never had Solar panels and I am unsure how this works. I have bought multiple properties in my lifetime, and never have I encountered such appalling conditions upon settlement. Peard Real Estate failed their duty of care completely. Out-of-Pocket Expenses Due to Negligence – As a result of this utter incompetence, I was forced to pay $950 for a professional cleaner to restore the property to a livable state, all while navigating removalists the following day. This was unnecessary stress and financial burden that should never have been my responsibility. Peard Real Estate: A Brand Tarnished by Its Own Agents – The Peard Group should be ashamed that an agent under their name has demonstrated such blatant disregard for clients & basic professional standards. This is the level of service Peard Realestate allows.

Buyers and sellers beware! Considering working with Peard Real Estate #Demi de Haan, think twice. Clearly the agency lacks customer service, basic industry knowledge, & human decency. Shame on you! Peard Real Estate, for allowing this kind of negligence to happen under your brand. Serious reform & training required . ⚠️ Share & warn others #Peard Real Estate’s incompetence and lack of care! #PeardRealEstate #Subiaco #Joondalup BadCustomerService #RealEstateDisgrace #Unprofessional #BuyerBeware #ShameOnYouPeard #DemiDeHaan

Worse real state ever – I was a tenant, and when my AC broke down, it took them six months to fix it. After I moved out, they didn’t process my bond refund for three months. Worse, I found out they had actually filled out the paperwork incorrectly, and now I’m still waiting to find a way to correct their mistake to get my bond back. Every time I had an issue, the… Read more

property manager was either away or replaced, so I constantly had to explain what needed fixing. It got to a point where I had to call the main manager to get even the simplest things done. When I pointed out that they had entered the wrong information on the bond form, they just told me to follow it up elsewhere and said they couldn’t assist.

I’ve been renting for a long time, and this was by far my worst experienc

Minus 2, if it can be rated such – This review is from 15-20 years ago. It has improved in recent years but still not quite there, yet. Duplicate payment of expenses from my rent eg insurance. $1,230 taken away from my rent without any adequate explanation, little to no or grossly inadequate explanation which did not make any sense. Years of repeated enquiries, I yet to get a… Read more

explanation. This sum was taken away from me, just like that. Fees such as leasing & tenant enquiry charged twice or 3 times. On many occasions, no response to repeated emails over years, including when bigger sums are involved. Documents such as lease agreement & invoices belonging to other landlords wrongly sent to me. Nett rent were not paid into my designed bank account for 6-9 months, when previously for years they were credited into my account for years without any issues. Completely not spotting their own errors , including some very fundamental ones, and have to be corrected so often. I pay a fee that we agree upon, yet I have to check, double check to highlight their mistakes, inform the,, repeated reminders, follow up. Frequent staff changes including property managers. I find myself often times having to give some back ground to the new managers on issues, etc., do ground work checks, as it seems there were no proper hand over. Many times now, I have to foot the bills for repairs, right after a tenant vacate the property. 95% of the time, several properties over 20 years, I have always to pay all repair expenses. It may be difficult to justify any damages by tenant but still this is hard to take. I have to regularly check on the lessor statement and I now have very little confidence relaying on their work. Often, I cannot help but wonder if I am doing more work relatively speaking. There are more to say... During the times when [Name Removed] & [Name Removed] were the managers in charge of my properties, it was probably that few years when I encountered the most mistakes, oversight, zero diligence, errors, duplicate payments etc, etc.

Poor communication – My apartment I bought had a tenant. I said if she wanted to vacate early there would be no financial penalty for her. She left 6 weeks later, which was great. While the tenant was there Peard provided property management. They were very helpful until I received rental money. Their communication before was by phone then reverted to emails only.… Read more

They with held rental income for no reason as no bills were due. I had to ring the water corp to confirm. The final inspection was a sham. When I moved in I found the bathroom tap and laundry tap leaked, both shower heads leaked and were easily fixed by tightening. The lighting was not adequate with globes not working. The lock on the front door was loose. I pity the tenant who had been living in sub standard accommodation. With plumbers, electricians and new flooring it’s beginning to feel like home. Still waiting for the wine or chocolates promised by RE agent but bought my own to celebrate.

They have cost me 400.000.28 norham street 835 sq home with 2 blocks, and a original ornate ceilings – Do not go with this real-estate agent. The amount I've lost I can not recover. Do not. Please do not trust their words, please do not. Greedy real estate stay away from them – I had my property managed with them and I have sell my property few months back. Now I called them for end of financial year statement and they ask me to pay fee for that but my contract says its free of cost. I had all of it in written but they still decide to charge me. so its a real estate of greedy people and they will try everything to take money from ur pocket.

Joondalup – Joondalup they are the worst company to deal with. There is no reply to calls or emails, My son purchased a property when it came time to do the final inspection the property manager turned up late with no keys or paperwork so we were left standing there unable to enter. Apparently the independent inspection person had double booked and was at… Read more

another property very unprofessional. Our son had to fly back to work the next morning so we his parents had to do the inspection on his behalf. This is just a small insight into what he had to deal with I would not use this company for any reason.

What a superb transition and Casey streamlined the processes – Just wanted to share my awesome experience with Peard Scarborough! Not only did they find me the perfect villa and space (rental), the whole experience was seamless. Really stoked and will definately be in contact with the sales team when I find the place I would like to purchase, thanks Casey, Megan & Jamie at reception and the whole property management team for a JOB WELL DONE!

Disgusted – Kayla from the Canning Vale agency never returned my calls, is extremely rude, never attended to repairs and turned up to inspections on the wrong days. She also had no respect and needs an attitude adjustment. I would NEVER recommend this agency.

BEWARE NIGHTMARE!! LIES – BEWARE NIGHTMARE - Peard working for developers EUROWIDE - Owners were fed lies by this real estate agency from the start of signing the contract right up until settlement. Peard deliberately withheld information and misled innocent people into buying something completely different to what was marketed and "sold" by this agency. In particular, the… Read more

direct actions of one Enrico Pennacini and Paul Kettle could be deemed as completely negligent. These agents put their own financial gain ahead of acting honestly and transparently in their dealings with prospective buyers. They worked directly with developers Eurowide in selling apartments throughout Scarborough - they have intentionally deceived purchasers into buying what was meant to be a residential apartment however knowing well and truly that the developers were planning to or had already converted the property/building into a hotel. I would be extremely cautious in purchasing any property that Peard real estate and in particular Enrico or Paul Kettle have any involvement in. I would encourage any future buyers that they do their research and if the developers are Eurowide and the agents are Peard, steer well and truly clear as they can not be trusted. Owners had not yet pursued the agents who have let them down in the hope they would make right their wrongs....

Go elsewhere! – Terrible real estate to deal with for rentals. Would not recommend to anyone. Don’t even deserve the one star they got. Go elsewhere! Joondalup office in particular is terrible to deal with for even basic requests.

Property managers who treat tenants like they are second rate citizens – If you are thinking of renting from them or having your property managed by them please read and look at other real estates first . I have lived in Perth for 6 years from Sydney and peard real estate Joondalup I would never rent through them again and having 4 rental properties would not let them manage a property. I have been with them 12 months… Read more

in 4 weeks paid my $700 a week rent on time and they won’t return calls or emails we went 3 days with no power until I emailed saying I was getting my own electrician out . One light switch was shorting out when reported they told me I would only get a little shock from it as the other house had a r c safety and would cut out quickly . Every two months when the water bill comes in I request the actual water bill usage and they take weeks to supply it but send you a late letter then start texting you to make payment .after 11 months by mistake they sent me the pool maintenance bill and they had overcharged me so requested the other bills which they still haven’t supplied but have issued a credit because they found 3 more they over charged me on . Now trying to move out and booked final inspection a week before our lease is up and they won’t confirm an inspection until after the lease has ended and then has told me I will be required to pay rent if anything is required to be done they are just terrible to deal with . We love the house we are in but will not renew lease because of real estate and with the market today the house will probably be empty while the owners could have been collecting rent. I have asked to see the property manager licence but apparently she is unavailable for months . As a real estate goes peard Joondalup are crap
