Pearl Nails

I used to be a frequent customer here, I'm not sure if the business has changed hands ? It's definitely not the same customer service, constant talking to each other in another language, 3 different people doing one set of nails , and not very clean any more. My last visit was enough after 4 years of giving my custom to them I have now invested in glam drip DYI and am extremely happy.

Terrible service and staff very rude – Don't patronise this busiess. They have terrible service and staff are very rude. I complaint that what the technician doing to my nails hurts and she didn't even believe me. They change the nail technician but she done a terrible job doing my nails. They kept speaking their own language and I sure they talking about my complaint coz everyone was looking at me..they don't know how to treat customer. My nails was uneven in length and the color are not the same on each nails, some was darker in shade than the others..complete waste of money..will never go back. Don't ever.go to this place.
