Master butcher who cares! – I have tried a lot of Butchers to find the one who CARES about your eating experience. He is the most accommodating butcher we have ever met; whether it's mince made to exact recipe/fat content/ground to your liking, or your own sausage recipe with your own herb/spice mix! And it's mostly meat from his own farm, delivered from over half an hour away! We have tried all the other butchers in the area (and online-Our Cow) but found they did not have the same attention to detail and most would not deliver. To my embarrassment we did not even think of trying a butcher from a rural town, partly as we thought they would not deliver. Thank you Masterchef for showcasing a butcher who is passionate about their produce and craft.
