I haven’t seen such a terrible builder like Perseusd homes, in terms of talking they are really nice, but they come to action hundreds of times other way, using all doggi people to work in houses, living the house is fully nightmare, I personally upgraded each and everything of my house, but I got really cr#p things, In first two years they were good, but when time passing everything need to be repaired.I have to replace all drawer runners in 15 kitchen drawers as they are not doing the job properly, I got quotation to repair 15 drawers is nearly $1900, If anybody challenges I can submit it, below is a picture of drawers which are not working. Before make a decision please do a research, forward this message on behalf of other people’s benifit.
Think twice before you take a Decision to go with Persaud Homes – Once money taken from you, that’s it. For work to get complete you need to beg and cry. They are very skilled with marketing talk and make you dream in a big time. Please don’t get caught to the picture that they make in front of you. Moved into the house 6 months back still work not completed 100%. Very disappointed. Agreed to complete after I moved in. Now it’s so hard to get in touch with them and not even 3 months inspection done. Please be careful and be wise guys.
High quality house compared to big builders – Fantastic service from Persaud Homes. Really satisfied with inclusions. For the first home I did not know much about matching colours, the lady working as admin helped me lot to get the perfect colour combination into my dream home. Thank you so much
Very Disappointed – We also built our dream home three years ago with Persaud homes . We had a very bad experience with this builder. Very unprofessional and very bad quality. The door locks and handles are coming off, the main door handle is fixed crookedly and didn't come to fix during the warranty period. Done a very cheep job with the laminated floor and the skirtings started to coming off. We have cracked walls. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. We are utterly disappointed.

On the top of that they charged me pillar lights and fixing both, just only fix one, other one still with them, I was fed up of calling them, ultimately I bought solar lights and glue them with silicone clear glue.
