We bought a used vehicle from Perth City Prestige in March 2025. Within 48 hours, it developed a serious gearbox fault and could no longer be driven. In addition, the vehicle dashboard also displayed "Check Anti-Pollution System" warnings. Nearly two months later, the issue still isn’t resolved, and communication has been slow and inconsistent. Perth City Prestige claims to pride itself on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships, but our experience has been the opposite. We’ve been left without a working vehicle and little clarity on when this will be fixed. Disappointed and frustrated.
