Absolute piece of cr#p. Poorly made, seams don't line up, stitching is terrible. Finish is sub par. We are SO disappointed. Installers came out and told us it is how it should be once we complained. But for $3k, we could not regret our decision more. What a waste of money.

Retractable Blind Rubish – Phantom Screens Adelaide Retractable Screen has to be the worst product I have ever purchased. Broken more often than it worked. Not fit for purpose as the screen breaks far too easy. I wish I had never heard of Phantom Screens Adelaide. They repaired my screen although not in a timely fashion except where it broke twice in the space of 1 hour and the repairers were still in the area.
Excellent in every respect – Brilliant. We had our door screen installed today & it looks seamless, just fantastic, you wouldn’t know it was there. The workmen were excellent as was the electrician & Phantom were so easy to deal with. We wanted a screen door to allow airflow into the house. We chose not to have blockout blinds as that would reduce the airflow. We couldn’t have a security mesh door because we have a large pivot door & as we have a fancy metal security gate covering our porch our only option for keeping insects out whilst having the airflow was the automatic screen door blind. Phantom blinds offered us exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier & would highly recommend them & would not hesitate to use them again. Well worth 5 star rating!

Zero communication - rudest company I have encountered – In June 2022 I contacted Phantom Screens seeking a quote for some screens. I was contacted promptly by a staff member who took all of my details. That was it. No further contact. It's now April 2023 and I'm still waiting. I did follow up twice with the company and they just ignored me. The least they could do if they were not interested in the job would be to politely tell me. Atrocious customer service. I'm surprised they can operate a business with their poor effort. I won't be contacting them again for any work and nor would I recommend them.

Manual Wall Screen Product – I purchased the Phantom Screens Manual Retractable Wall Screen to span my Bifold door. Well that was a mistake. I have numerous issues relating to the retracting mechanism breaking and twice the screen component failing at the thermal welded area. This item is not fit for the purpose it is intended for. Screen failures due to small impact is a major design fault as it is not beyond the realm of belief that it will never receive impact from someone walking into it as it is near invisible when in place. If you are thinking of purchasing this product my advice would be look else where, I wish I had.
