PHD Landscaping

Poor quality, incomplete work – We got Flower Power in for a garden make over and to build a deck. Flower Power sent Li from PHD Landscaping (ABN 23152269344) who claims to have 15 years landscaping experience. We advised we wanted a garden makeover and a deck built. The deck is all they focused on. There was no advise offered for the garden makeover, no shareing of his "15 years" experience. Being Flower Power we proceeded with them thinking good things would come from a major brand. They started building the deck, which I thought looked like a quality job, until they started erecting the roof, which obvisouly got too hard and a another worker was introduced. The deck was called completed with out treating the wood or finishing the guttering of the sides. Fortunately they did install guttering at the end of the roofing which the down pipe leading to the plastic S bends that looks like the plumbing for a toilet. During the build they managed to spill a can plumbing solvent cleaner over two panels of the deck, which they acknowleged but took no responsbility for, the stain sits there today. The work performed by Li and his team shows no finesse, leaving the stained deck, diposing of clay and soil in our general waste, and one worker tossed cigarette butts all of the yard, and even the garage. They have destroyed the flower power brand for me. They are just labours looking for fast money..

If Flower Power sends PHD Landscaping (ABN 23152269344) for "Professional Services", send them away. You will not get what you pay for. Better still best avoid Flower Power, they acknowledged nothing about this poor job.
