alertness, nothing - and it's so expensive! I read some reviews on weight-loss sites, and they were glowing. It leaves me wondering if they were paid-for promotions. Don't get sucked in. This stuff doesn't work at all.

Gimmick! False advertisement – This product is very ineffective. I walk 5 miles a day and have changed my eating habits and STILL gained weight. I tried to get a refund as it’s “guaranteed “ but can not because I don’t have a sealed bottle. They told me to take it for at least 60 days. I did. absolutely NOTHING! Husband has gained weight & I have lost nothing! Despite following strict diet of no carbs & more veggies etc. As for the energy boost.... zero boost! This is not effective, ive used for 6 months. NO Results – I have tried this product 2 times for 3 months each time. I have had no change to weight and i have a low carb, low sugar diet. absolutely does NOT suppress my appetite (and I am pretty sure my stored fat is not being burned, if anything it is being added to)! Sucked in again! However, I have now amended from 1 star to 3 based on their customer service! They had a money back guarantee if the products was returned within a certain period (just over 60 days) so I asked for an address and sent my parcel back to them (cost me $AU31.00 by Australia Post) and once they received my package they gave me a full refund. If it was based on customer service alone, they could have had 4 or probably 5 stars, but as the products did not work for me I settled on 3.

been gettting really nauseous a lot after eating. Nothing has changed in my lifestyle or diet so I tried stopping the pills for a few days and noticed an improvement. I still have some left but I won't be using them anymore.

with weight loss I continue to buy because I no longer have brain fog, lack of motivation, severe fatigue. In fact, I don't even need to take my ADD meds while on this. Because I am using this for a different purpose than weight loss now, I have dropped the dosage to only 1X in the morning. I had severe headaches the first 3 weeks I started on PhenQ but by the 4th week I was good.

Doesn't work and don't expect a refund – Firstly the product didn't make a difference at all. Waste of money. Secondly they refused to provide a refund because the courier took 2 weeks longer to deliver the product. It's a NO from me but it may work for you – This product just made me feel really shaky and dizzy and I actually ate way more to try to dull the effects. It certainly didn't make me feel more alert or aware just a tad paranoid. After 3 days I gave up, I contacted them for a refund to which you have to send back to the UK at your expense. understand that it curves hunger, no weightless supplements completely prevent it.

As far as weight. You're not going to start physically seeing results until 1 - 2 months after you start taking them. So don't expect to look like a Hollywood star in 3 hours. In other words - STOP being impatient, and WAIT! If you can't wait then perhaps supplements aren't for you and you need to cut yout tummy in half.

Rip off – Best way to describe it is red bull in a pill. Did not suppress my appetite, just gave me the shakes. Very expensive fake product full of caffeine, much cheaper to drink red bull or drink coffee
