Phillips xxl air fryer – Air fryer is good, however the app is rubbish and never works. Just print the dam instructions instead of the useless app.

Good fryer ruined by inadequate user information – A good air fryer ruined by inadequate and misleading information. Instructions provided are useless, a manual which can be found on the internet is essential. The barcode provided to allow wi-fi connection is useless. The reason given was that it only works on a system operating on 2.5 G. Remove those problems and the fryer would be worth the extra cost over base models.

We no longer provide physical copies of the user manual with our products, and have transitioned to a digital version for environmental reasons. I am in Australia, not NZ. Without the manual the fryer cannot be used effectively. Eventually I was able to find a manual, have given up on the NutriU app.
