I just recently bought the 3 in 1 bottle sterilizer from UAE and sent in Philippines. Once i plugged it immediately the light is on. And its already more than 5 minutes it's not stopping and the light is not turning off itself.

I bought the Avent 3 in 1 sterilizer from canada and I have been using it in Egypt for almost 1 year but it suddenly stopped working and the power button is not turning on, so is there anything I can do here!

Hi I got the 3in 1 avent sterilizer as a gift from my sister in the US am presently in Cameroon . It stopped working after the second use. It just died n won’t come on the first 2 times I used it with a step down what could be the the problem? How can I get it to work ?

Hello,

I bought philip avent 3 in 1 stem sterilizer (SCF 284/05/AJ) from USA and use it in Nepal. It was working fine but after 20 days of use it stops working, the power button doesn't turn orange neither the water gets heated. We dont have authorized seller here in Nepal. Please help.

I just bought My phillip 3 in one sterilizer it stopped working after the first use and it came on it self. I tried using it the second time it refused come up, the switch botton does not help. Please any help?

Considering it's a brand new product, the warranty should be still applicable. Did you try to contact the retailer? Perhaps they can exchange the unit. I have a philips avent sterilizer which is not switched on now. It is three years old and bought in UK but using in Norway. I tried to press the switch several times, but it doesn't work or light up the LED. How can I fix this problem ? Can I fix it myself?

My steriliser started to go into prolonged cycles: the green tick remained lighted with the switch still in on mode. Such cycles can last as long as two hours. May I know what is happening?

Hello Kay, thank you for getting in touch with us. The sterilising process may take longer than usual when you poor too much water into the steriliser. Please make sure to pour exactly 100 ml of pure, fresh water directly into the water reservoir, and completely disassemble all parts that need to be sterilised. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us on 1300 363 391 if you are in Australia.
