Yesterday I 've bought 4 in 1 sterlizer from graco babyshop. Its lids are not tight.

Is it ok or defective?

Hey there, Thanks for reaching out. The lid should definitely close the sterilizer, so if it's not tight, we kindly advise you to return the unit or to contact us at 1300 363 391. Our agents will be happy to help you out as well.

Just wondering can I descale bottle warmer and steriliser with vinegar and water and what ratio be?

Philips Personal Health

Hey Lea! You should descale the sterilizer as follows: Always unplug the appliance and wait until it has cooled down completely before descaling. Pour 80 ml/2.7 oz white vinegar (5% acetic acid) and 20 ml/0.7 oz water into the water reservoir.

Leave the solution in the water reservoir until the scale has dissolved.

Empty the water reservoir and rinse the heating plate with clean water. Empty, and then wipe the plate with a damp cloth. Note: Do not rinse under the faucet!

Repeat this process as often as necessary, at least every 1-2 weeks. In severe cases, citric acid or common descaling agents can be used to remove limescale.

Kind regards,
