Amazing product – I’m blown away by the performance of this tooth brush , after trying aggressive methods of cleaning plaque like salt , baking soda , lime etc and neither of them working effectively , I decided to go for this toothbrush after reading rave reviews and I was not expecting the toothbrush to be so efficient, my plaque was almost removed after just two… Read more ·  1

uses and now I’ve been using it for a week , I’m regretting not buying this earlier , I mean it is expensive (for me) but worth the price because it would save you so much money at the dentist’s office

Transformative Oral Care: DiamondClean 9000 Toothbrush Review – Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5 stars) I recently switched to the DiamondClean 9000 toothbrush, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. My dentist was genuinely surprised at the positive changes in my oral health in such a short time, and I only wish I had discovered this toothbrush sooner to avoid a painful deep clean of my gums. promise of whiter teeth in just one day* is not an exaggeration. The C3 Premium Plaque Control brush head, with its soft and flexible bristles, provides 4x more surface contact and up to 10x more plaque removal from hard-to-reach spots. The brush is hard on plaque but gentle on gums, ensuring a thorough clean without compromising oral health.

What sets the DiamondClean 9000 apart is its connected brushing capabilities. The built-in pressure sensor and smart brush head recognition ensure that you're getting the deepest possible clean. The Sonicare app takes this experience to the next level, offering personalised Progress Reports that help you improve and maintain healthy brushing habits between dentist check-ups.

The variety of modes, including Clean, White+, Gum Health, and Deep Clean+, caters to diverse brushing needs. The three intensities allow for a customized experience, whether you prefer a higher setting for a powerful clean or a lower one for sensitivity.

The BrushSync technology is a game-changer, automatically selecting the best mode for your chosen brush head. It even alerts you if you're brushing too hard, with a pulsing sound that serves as a gentle reminder to let the brush head do the work. The replacement reminder ensures that you always know when it's time for a new brush head, optimizing the effectiveness of your oral care routine.

Charging is hassle-free, with the DiamondClean 9000 lasting up to two weeks on a single charge with regular use. Overall, this toothbrush is a game-changer, providing not only superior cleaning but also a connected, personalized, and convenient oral care experience. I highly recommend the DiamondClean 9000 to anyone seeking whiter, healthier teeth for life.

Great toothbrush but just not reliable – These toothbrushes are excellent and we love them when they work. We’re on our second unit in 6 years. When the first unit died we purchased a new one and now that it has died we pulled out the old oral B 3738 from the back of the cupboard. We had the Oral B before the Philips, and even though it looks a bit ugly with the white plastic having gone… Read more

yellow, I gave it a charge and it still works just fine. The thing that really annoys me is Philips know these units don’t last much past the warranty period, just look at the reviews, and you can’t buy just a replacement hand piece so the hand piece, chrome charging base, the glass holder and the travel case all go in the bin. Nothing is even recyclable. What a waist. At another $379 for a third Philips that would make over $1000 spent on Philips Sonicare toothbrushes. I think it’s time, for us at least, to change to another brand.

Design fault – Don’t get me wrong, I love this toothbrush. I bought my first Sonicare July 2016 and I have had numerous units since then. However every single one of them, including my current one bought Aug 2020, suffers from the same problem. After using it a while (in the last instance 5 months) the shaft that holds the brush head becomes loose. The result is… Read more

a unit that makes a lot of noise but does little brushing. I don’t understand why Philips haven’t addressed this issue. I had hoped that the 9000, being a new version of the units I had previously, would have included an updated design to prevent the wobbly shaft problem.

Update. The Philips support team were amazing. They were quick to respond to my issue and were able to have a resolution asap.
