Unreliable – I got a top of the range and the charger failed at least 3 times and was replaced Had it for about 3 -4 years but finally gave up. Got a cheaper model and it’s started to lose its charge after one use with 3 weeks of getting it. Had it replaced, not it’s not charging at all despite beeping and flashing lights. Only had replacement 11 months. Great… Read more

brushes but PLEASE do something about the reliability of these things. It seems to be a common issue.

Second in three months that is faulty – I bought a Philips Sonicare from Harvey Norman. Loved it, until it stopped working in under six months. I took it back to HN and got a replacement. This one is now turning itself on without any help, which the troubleshooting page says means it's also faulty. Either HN Moorabbin got a bad batch or the product is terrible. Shame, because when it's working it's fab, which is what saved it from one star. Show details

Parents need more control on app – Parent dash board needs more control. I should be able to credit the am/pm brushes easily, more than one phone should link to an account so multiple phones can operate. Show details

Poor Quality,Did not last and poor customer service – I have bought the toothbrush back in May 2012 from an Orthodontist and after 1.5 years it was faulty with the battery does not charge. A replacement toothbrush was sent and after 2 years again the tooth brush vibration has stopped working completely.I have called BPM solutions and they mentioned the tooth brush was out of warranty even with the… Read more

replacement brush and there's nothing much they can do. I have complaint that the tooth brush quality was not good enough as it requires replacement for every two years and the response received was that the tooth brush was meant to be function for 2 years and after that there is no guarantee that it will function as it should.

Motor is unreliable – Whatrever is driving the Sonicare's vibration motor is unreliable and faulty at best. Bought one after intense reviews, and I can report that depending on how I hold it, the 'engine' craps out and is useless in many positions in my mouth. Not as good as the Oral-B/Braun Sonic Complete. I am a honest and non-paid reviewer. Was sold as something superior to competition, which it is not. Unreliable action.

Do not like it – I got this for Christmas from my husband and I have to say that after using it my jaw was quite sore for a day. I have sensitive teeth which does not help but my gums were hurting. I did not feel that the teeth felt clean after the air floss. I gave it to my husband who used it and was very unimpressed with it. We are now trying to see if we can get our money back. small size strange feeling when you use it. Not worth the money.

Good – I find it hard to brush manually, my hand and arm gets tired and I have difficulty reaching every corner. Since switching to this a year ago I have had much less plaque buildup so at my last visit to the dentist I had no gum pain at all. Brush is most effective if you hold it lightly and don't press. Feels like a bee buzzing. My brush heads last… Read more

4-5 months. Wish handle design was a bit more ergonomic.

In Perth, Mr Shaver sells the toothbrush, and Shavershop in Carillon sell the heads only. A great investment - after all you only get one set of adult teeth. Will give to my sister as she has sensitive gums & I just got a Waterpik which claims to be even better than Philips (looks very similar, at least it's more readily available). Cleans like the dentist with much less effort than manual brush. Hard to find parts in Australia. Quite expensive.

Excellent – Outstanding product - have been using these for just on 10 years, and my dentist is going bankrupt! Its a revolution in brushing that the others - like Oral B - have simply copied, and havent yet come near to the formula that this brush offers Best brush around- easy to use, excellent clean be careful of hard brushing - will cause dental problems in the long term. The cost of the replacement heads is high, buy these overseas if possible
