I purchased this a few months ago when my last flosser died. I had not tried this brand before and was told by the manager of shaver shop Cairns Central this one was excellent. I took her advice and bought it after comparing to other brands she had in the shop. This one is the BEST ONE I have ever had. Very powerful, long battery life, and my teeth have never been cleaner. light weight and easy to use. The only problem is the location of the on/off switch which is not in the best location but you get used to it. Water tank holds plenty of water and all in all I would buy this one again without any question!! I bought it on sale which made it even better !!!

Has some issues – Pros: * Looks nice and modern * Quieter than the Waterpik Ultra Cons: * Expensive * Grows pink mould all through the machine even when cleaned regularly per the instructions * It temporarily shuts off every time I press it too close to my teeth * Not built to last; the hose split after several months of use * Power cord comes loose from underneath housing, so I have to keep pushing it back in or taping it down
