I was really happy with it - very sturdy and the motor was powerful, it has a 2-minute timer, but I have crowding of teeth and it takes longer to reach most of the corners, so usually it takes 5-6 minutes to brush all the… Read more

teeth. Unfortunately it has a swinging action rather than rotating action, it could not reach all the tricky corners. At my next dental appointment, my dentist ordered me to get a rotating model instead, so I bought an Oral-B. However I can feel the difference between the quality of Oral-B and Philips. Philips is more expensive but it reflects on the life of its battery - one charge will go for more than 3 days. If I have to travel, I will take Philips with me. However I do hope they will offer a model with a rotating head for people with small, crowding teeth like mine. This purchase is now sadly almost a waste of investment on a great product not fitting for my requirement. Also the replacement heads are not commonly sold everywhere, often I had to get them from department stores or Shaver Shop, they are not cheap either: usually $40 for two. Make sure you choose the right electric toothbrush fits for your teeth alignments.
