Phycohealth

I purchased the products recommended by Phycohealth for Menopausal or Post Menopausal skin, I am in the later age group.At the time I was in the Market for serum,cleanser,moisturiser & daycream. I had finished all my other products prior to starting the Phycohealth. My initial trial of the products I thought they were alright. However after about the third day was skin was dry,red,itchy & stingy. I didnt think that was skin was that sensitive, I washed my skin thoroughly & reapplied the products & the same thing happened. I decided that I would not use these products again. I advised the Company asap & had quite a speedie response which was civil, from [Name Removed] the Customer Service Officer. I was advised after notifying the Company that this is very unusual & the best they could do was give a 50% refund on my purchase or a 100% exchange of other products in their range. I was also told I had to send the products back at my COST! I decided to ask for my refund. I was worried that after receiving an exchange my skin may flair up again & I would be responsible for being yet again out of pocket. I was not very happy as I had only had the Products for a couple of weeks. I was also drawn to purchasing these products as they are reportedly Australian Made & Owned!!! In conclusion I have now sworn off purchasing products online!!

I am so happy with the moisturiser that I’m going to order some for my sisters for their Birthdays. It is so thick you only need a small amount and it plumbs up my skin reducing the bags under my eyes and my wrinkles. It really works, I highly recommend it.

I like the PhycoHealth range of products wanted to subscribe , however, I experienced challenges with their customer service trying to resolve an issue that resulted in a suboptimal outcome. However, Pia (the founder) stepped up and got everything sorted to the point where I feel confident to recommend them again. Thank you Pia for your engagement to get my issue resolved.
