Fraud Seller & Horrendous Escooter!!! – 2024 1200W G30 Max Pro Electric Scooter I received it today (2-Dec). It seems to be a fake e scooter as the manual which was there in the box doesn't seem to belong to this product at all because 99% of the things don't match. Also, I can't find its mobile app and there's no detail about it in the manual, on the box or even in the product… Read more
description on Amazon. This company doesn't exist anywhere because I couldn't find it on Google, YouTube etc. Also, most importantly, how can they discontinue the product after a week. I strongly believe it's a big scam and this seller is a fraudster!!!
Very solid quality and good price – Very solid quality and good price, nice gift, so happy with it!
Worse buy ever made – Won't charge when it does gos 5 ks please do not buy of this scammers
Pick Pro is a scammer and he knows it!! DO NOT BUY AN ESCOOTER FROM THIS ***BEEP*** – I purchased a 1200W eScooter from Pick Pro approximately 2 weeks ago and even though it looks legit, it's a counterfeit, cheap knock off what Pick Pro actually advertises the item to be on Facebook Marketplace. The 1200W eScooter I purchased does not go the speeds it should, there's no Bluetooth even though the images online and the manual that… Read more
comes with it states that it has Bluetooth, it has terrible drum brakes and not a perforated disc brake as advertised, you can hardly go up the slightest of inclines before it dies....I could go and on. Worst purchase of my life in relation to what the item was advertised compared to what I received. Terrible is being very kind. Not happy Jan!! :(
Can’t help but feel scammed – Purchased 1200w scooter of Pick Pro. Doesn’t meet advertised specifications. Number of anomalies from under powered battery, faulty controller , only went 2.5km before stopping. If you have had the same experience and would like to get together to act against this company please reach out.
**DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SCAMMING CRIMINAL** – I unfortunately didn't look at these reviews before i brought a scooter off this little criminal. I paid the extra and got the $650 scooter, my 12 year old daughter who is very light was not able ot go up the slightest slope of a hill. There was no speed she could hardly hit 15KM. We though the battery may need chargign even though when we got it… Read more
out of the box it was fully charged. I started charging it, after an hour i could smell i burning smell and there was smoke coming out of the battery. I pulled the cord out of the wall and the charger was completely burnt out. If i wasn't home my house would have caught on fire. [Name Removed] if that his real name refused to give me a refund and said the burning smell was normal if i tried to go up a hill. He then blocked my phone number, me on facebook and my email. I have gone to a current affair and the ACCC. I am now seeking legal action. People please keep logging reports about this piece of crap of a human. The worst rip off !!! – Received delivery but wouldn’t run, then they sent me part to replace Fix didn’t work, no contact since. Legal action to start !
Reopening court case against pic pro – Do not every buy Anything from this business I have relisted an application with qcat (small claims) as they cancelled my claim as I didn’t attend … pretty hard when u live in tville to attend in person in Brisbane This company can not get away with lying about their products and ripping people off
Warning - Do Not Buy – We bought two scooters from this company. One has been good, the other one faulty. The owner has not fixed our issue and now we have wasted $500. Spend the extra money and buy from a company that will assist you with issues, not ignore you.
Cheater and lier – Hi, ever since we’ve bought this scooter, the tyre has popped twice from barely riding it, and the scooter doesn’t work properly. Because it keeps breaking, we’ve barely been able to use the scooter. Please fix this or otherwise I’ll leave a bad review on your product and contact the police. You’ve also switched off your number and lied about having a shop in Logan Central. Either fix the scooter or give us a full refund.
Gutless piece of crap – I bought the 900 watt G30 Max scooter from PickPro online. At first it seemed ok but after riding for only 500m it went into cool down mode where it cuts out temporarily. It did this a couple times and I had to change the speed setting to Eco so I could get home without it crapping itself. I thought maybe it just wasn’t charged enough but the… Read more
display said battery power was full. Next time I rode it I came to a slight incline and it just died down to slow crawl to the point I had to push with my foot. Was barely 5 degree slope and it couldn’t even handle that. Not impressed. I tried to ask for a refund and was blocked by Pickpro. Do not buy from this company. They are selling Chinese rubbish.
Fake faulty product – My son was annoyed. This scammer is not reachable on his eBay shop at all. The scooter's top speed and claimed battery capacity are all fake. Claimed to have a 15.6ah battery for the m365 pro model, but the actual capacity is 7.5AH. The real range is 10-15km, not 50km. The speedo shows a 40km/h top speed but the real speed is 22km/h. That is… Read more
already a big lie. Fake battery capacity and fake speed.
The 800W G30 max is an even bigger lie....claim to have 45km/h for the max g30 model. The fact is that it is using a fake speedo and shows fake speed. The actual speed is 20-25km/h according to the GPS test. The battery capacity is fake, claimed to have 80km with a 24.4AH battery, but the actual is 15ah. Needless to say, other statements like USA motor..... made in Australia are all lie.
Does anyone have this scammer's contact number? Please help.
