We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Seth at Pickering Automotive Group. From the moment we arrived, his customer service was exceptional. Seth communicated with us every step of the way, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to really listen to our needs, answered all of our questions patiently, and made us feel valued as customers. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help stood out from start to finish. And I was also blown away with the lovely little skin care gift I received with my car thank you for that it was truly a beautiful gesture. I don’t usually like writing negative reviews, but I also feel it’s important to be honest about the full experience. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed with the follow-up and finalisation process of purchasing my very first brand-new car when dealing with Eden. I found her approach to be quite rude, forceful, and pushy, particularly regarding add-ons that I chose not to purchase. At times, I was made to feel unimportant because I declined those extras, and the interactions became somewhat condescending toward the end. When I returned to sign paperwork, I felt rushed through the process, with documents simply placed in front of me before Eden quickly left to attend to another client. While I understand dealerships can be busy, I was also a client and would have appreciated the same level of care and attention. There was also paperwork that had been missed during our initial visit, which added to the frustration. That said, I still highly recommend Pickering Automotive Group overall because I absolutely love my new car, and Seth truly made a positive difference to our experience. His professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service were the highlights of our purchase.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Pickering Automotive Group are the most dishonest and disreputable organisation I have had any dealings with in all my seventy five years. Do not, I repeat do not ever buy a motor vehicle from these spivs!! They are wonderful until they get your money but the minute there is a problem they don't want to know you .I purchased a GWM Cannon brand new from Pickering on 7/2/23. It blew a turbo on 12/3/23. It had travelled around 1500KAfter begging for help from Pickering's for ten days. I was finally told "nothing to do with us mate" Which is a serious breach of Consumer Law. I was then told by the dealer manager [Name Removed] (with no p) that it wasn't a turbo failure but only a leaking seal. So [Name Removed] (with no p) is a liar and I have the email to prove it. But it gets better! After so called experts refused to accept that a turbo failure could lead to engine failure I reluctantly took the vehicle back. Guess what? 400K later the engine blew up!!! And guess what, as usual Pickering's couldn't care less. Just to top off my run with these parasites, the thing blew up again yesterday 17/8/23... Pickering have refused point blank to replace the vehicle or enable a refund for what is obviously a piece of garbage!!! Last bit of advice! If ever you shake hands with [Name Removed] (with no p) Count your fingers when you get your hand back! Be careful he may also tell you lies. How will you know he is lying?? Simple, his lips are moving!! Don't ever deal with Pickering Automotive Group unless you want to be ripped off!!
