Very Happy With This Model EPLHP – Pros: Cleans out food impacted between teeth well, even meat. Strong water jet Standard nozzle can be manipulated in front of and behind teeth A known brand and good value for money compared to other ridiculously priced units Much more portable than models with a separate tank Cons: Only enough water capacity for a quick run top and bottom. However, a refill only takes seconds.

Hints: Start on "soft" setting inside your mouth or you will drill yourself in the face! There may be some initial bleeding. Gums toughen after a week or two of use allowing a slower, more thorough run across gum line. Keeping lips together allows you to spit out water in a controlled manner rather than have it splash all over the sink. Press the off switch before removing the nozzle from your mouth or you will decorate the ceiling with the water jet! Purchased on eBay for $55

Worked great for a couple of weeks, then broke – It worked great for about 2 weeks. After that it started to turn on by itself. After drying was ok for another week and then the pump seemed to die. Couldn't find the receipt, so had to throw away.

Strong Pressure with long-lasting battery life – I recently invested in the Piksters Hydropik Water Flosser, and I am thrilled to share that it has proven to be a reliable and cost-effective addition to my oral care routine. Purchased for $79.95 on Amazon, this water flosser has outperformed my expectations, making it a worthy alternative to higher-priced competitors. Having previously used the Waterpik brand flosser, which comes with a significantly higher price tag, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Piksters Hydropik not only matches but surpasses its performance. This is a testament to the exceptional value for money that this Australian-made flosser provides.

One notable aspect of the Piksters Hydropik is its robust construction. Unlike other flossers that can feel plasticky, this one exudes strength from the outside. The build quality instills confidence in its durability and longevity.

The flosser offers three mode settings: Normal, Soft, and Pulse. The Normal setting boasts a powerful pressure, which is excellent for thorough cleaning but may require caution for those with sensitive teeth and gums. The Soft and Pulse modes provide additional flexibility to cater to individual preferences, ensuring a comfortable and personalized flossing experience.

While the water flosser's performance impressed me, I did notice the need to refill the water container multiple times during each use to achieve optimal removal of food particles. Though this aspect can be a bit inconvenient, especially for those on the go, it's certainly not a deal-breaker given the overall positive experience the Piksters Hydropik offers.

In conclusion, the Piksters Hydropik Water Flosser has proven to be a standout product in terms of performance, durability, and affordability. It not only competes with but outshines pricier alternatives, making it a wise investment for anyone seeking a high-quality water flosser without breaking the bank. I highly recommend the Piksters Hydropik for its exceptional value and the superior oral care experience it provides.

Worked for 5-6 months – I've had two of these and both stopped working within 5-6 months of purchase. The 1st one's mode & on/off buttons stopped working, but it would randomly turn itself off & on, returned it and exchanged it for another one. The 2nd one stopped holding charge, the charge light flashed to show it was charging, but after being charged for 24 hours it would work for a few seconds then the charge light would come on. Returned the second one for a refund.
