One of the worst businesses I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, it took 2 weeks to receive the item, then a professional audio installer attempted to install it but it was faulty and non functional. When I requested a refund I was arrogantly told by Andrew the owner/ technician that they were not going to provide a refund, even though I provided evidence from the audio installer then once i started becoming angry at the way they were treating me they ghosted me, so now I'm out of pocket $1000 and have to go through the court process in order to get my fair and reasonable refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LYING, ARROGANT, IGNORANT AND USELESS A......S THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
