Unresponsive customer service and lack of acceptance on any faults – Summary: Got 4 of new Pirelli P Zero Tyres 22545R19 for my Nissan Qashqai, but have been advised to replace all the tyres after running only 17000 KMs / in just 15 months as they were completely worn out. Purchased in Dec 2021 at MyCar Werribee Tyre Mileage: 18,000 km Car Model: Nissan Qashqai Ti Off-Roading Frequency: Never Usage: General day to day normal use Tyre rotation every 6 months Conducted wheel balancing and alignment with tyre purchase and 9 months there after

I am writing this review regarding the Pirelli tires that I purchased on December 23, 2021. I purchased four Pirelli P Zero tires for myCar, which lasted only for 17,000 kilometers / 15 months, and I have been asked to replace the tyres during my recent car service appointment which is completely unexpected for this brand and cost of tyres. I am extremely disappointed with tyres performance which wear / worn out at extremely fast rate.

I have been in contact with Pirelli customer center for the past two months by myself and via myCar to try to resolve this issue, but they have been completely unresponsive despite providing all the documents to support the purchase of tyres, tyre rotation at regular intervals and replacement suggestions during recent car service to support my complaint. And am still waiting for their response, and eventually always driving my car with a fear in mind, continuous stress and at risk driving with these worn tyres.

I am also concerned about the fact that Pirelli customer service has been so unhelpful.

I use my car for general family purposes, I am the only one who drives the car and took all the maximum care I could take. In broadly the same conditions my previous car tyres from Bridgestone lasted around 45000 KMs.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Pirelli P Zero tyres. They are a complete waste of money.

Disgraceful customer service and complete denial over a faulty tyre – I Put 2 brand new Pirelli Tyres on my car for the first time. NEVER AGAIN. After 5 days of the tyre being on it blew out in 2 places near the join and grew 2 bubbles on the side of the tyre. I had the tyre replaced at the time by another tyre specialist who advised it did not look right and to have it investigated. Late Jan 2023 I returned this tyre to the dealer to have it sent off. We are now mid July and after many attempts to contact them I am still waiting on a report and they of course are saying " NOT OUR PROBLEM" OK... Tell me this ... The same pirelli tyre on my other side is still in great conditon after hitting a damn pothole hard. It bent my rim and cracked it. TYRE still perfect. The side that had no impact at all was the tyre that blew out. So how can they just say "not our problem". I am angry that after 7 months i would have expected at least an appology and a replacement based on the lack of care and customer service. I believe that tyre to be faulty but they wont allow me to have it assessed elsewhere even though i have had it looked at. Based on that you selfish money hungry big big business and the treatment you gave me a single mother, I will never ever spend a cent on your product again. I understand things arnt always perfect but its the disgusting service or lack there of that needs to be addressed.

Expensive mistake and customer service ??????? – Purchased a set of 4 Pirelli tyres in Canberra from one of the dealers. Pirelli does not provide a warranty which is covered by other brands in case of damage to the tyres in the first few months. After having my tyre damaged due to a big nail which couldn't be repaired Pirelli blatantly told the dealer that they do not care for their customers and don't care really about the customer service that other brands provide. So people please save your money and investment and instead purchase the brand of tyres that look after you and provide ongoing support.
