Planika Net Zero Fireplaces

Very poor service for a Planika BioEthanol Fireplace – It's hard to comprehend that an expensive product such as this Planika BioEthanl Fireplace does NOT have a service centre of any sorts in Australia - only in Poland. I have had to throw away a $7000 TV stand/Fireplace that includes the BioEthanol Firebox as there is no person that can clean/service the burner box that I was told by Poland, has some spilt fuel inside. Despite me being able to pull the entire firebox out of the stand, there is no direct access to the actual burner that I could find. A red flashing light comes on and makes the heater inactive . Contact with Planika Poland was made but they can only assist with a computer based service via usb/micro usb cable - for anything else they are not able to offer ANY service support. Please DO NOT buy a Planika product in Australia until they have a dedicated service network in this country.
