Good Build. Great for 2 and 4 year olds – Surprised with other reviews. Bought from Rebel Sports April 2023, really impressed with quality of built. Took less than 2 hours to build the main part of trampoline, needed a bit of help from my wife. The longest part was tying up the safety net to underneath of trampoline, but with a few beers and a bit of music, I had a nice little job. Value… Read more ·  1

for money wise, I feel this is a great purchase. Thought the instructions on how to build were great, with some added warnings and going into a bit of extra detail really helped. Nothing worse than being a parent trying to build something and having horrendous instructions on how to build that doesn't make sense!

Very disappointed – I bought a Plum 10ft trampoline from Farmers NZ for my grandkid's Xmas. It lasted 6 months when one of the poles holding the safety net snapped off when one of the kids crashed into the netting. I was told that it is not covered under the warranty as it broke because of misuse. Show me a kid that jumps straight up and down in the middle of a… Read more

Don't buy it - broke within a year – I bought one for my 3 year old grandson and it broke less than a year later. Sometimes his Dad jumped with him but their combined weight was no more than 100kgs. Even though it was still under warranty the Manufactures and Farmers where we purchased it refused to replace it. Hate to think what would have happened if more than one child had bounced on it. Show details

Disintegrated after 3years (kids tiny 3 and 6) – Purchased this and within 1st month the net broke... (Busy mum too busy to repair). Put into garage storage after 12mths use (house move, new baby, second child too young to bounce). Rebuilt during Covid. Kids 3 and 6 now. 3 years later the net enclosure and matting has all disintegrated and fallen apart. After 6 weeks use. Contacted the PLUM… Read more

Help to replace matting and this costs almost as much as brand new trampoline with delivery fees. No stock available for spare parts until at least Christmas (hmmm).

Loosely accused of poor use. Even though we supplied lots of photos to support the overall condition, age and position of our trampoline.

Walk away slowly, then run. Choose another brand. Plum trampolines are pure junk.

Dangerous and fully rusted after 4 years of use - warranty is 10 years – We purchased a plum trampoline for longevity and 10 year frame warranty. unfortunately this trampoline although only used by one child is now useless and dangerous. This was purchased for Christmas 2015. Plum have offered us 20 % off the purchase of a new trampoline as no parts available to replace, we will not be purchasing again and this… Read more

matter will be going to NCAT. 10 years warranty on frame, as you can see from photos this trampoline is dangerous...

Expensive Tramp & Worst quality :( – We purchased the Plum Trampoline from the Warehouse around 2 years ago. Desperate to replace our old one (which lasted around 9 years), we purchased this 'make' as there wasn't any other stock available at the time. The price was exceptionally higher for this trampoline, and also had to be ordered from another branch, so we expected a good… Read more

quality tramp that would last a good couple of years. We have 3 kids (who are 4, 10 & 16 now). Within the first few months, the spring protectors ripped & faded. The zip on the safety net broke, the bolts holding the safety nets are so thin, they keep snapping (have replaced a number of them already). Recently, one of the springs snapped off the mat, and the bolts on one of the legs has recently snapped too. My kids are very disappointed, as it is school holidays and are now unable to use it until we get new bolts to replace the broken ones. This was a very disappointing purchase and will definitely NOT replace with any Plum products in the future.

Awesome we love it – Purchased this trampoline for my sons 7th birthday and 4 years later it is going strong. Has handled our harsh Queensland weather perfectly and when I needed a mew mat because ours got a lot dirty and the kids said it started losing it’s bounce, I just googled ‘plum 12ft mat’ and their website came up and I was super impressed! So far so good – We’ve had this trampoline from Aldi for nearly 5 months , and while being a bit anxious reading all the reviews we’ve had no problems and are enjoying it! The kids use it every day and it’s stood up to all four seasons here in Queensland. As with most trampolines it was tedious to build but we love the netting and ladder , and the bounce the kids… Read more ·  1

Tedious assembly – Just finished assembly. The direction for assembly is a series of diagrams which needed further instructions. The net is attached to the trampoline by threading a very long shoe lace through the mat loops, which required using a screw driver to push it through, and through the bottom of the net. It just seems like poor design. I predict the net will tear at the bottom where the lace goes through. Watch this space  Show reply

Not the best quality, you get what you pay for – I built this trampoline for a client last night. As a trampoline installer, I can see it's a clear case of you get what you pay for. With the help of the client, it took me a good 2 hours to put it together, although it was getting dark and raining a bit. So many fiddly parts. Pet peeves: T-joiners are flimsy, hard to secure without assistance as… Read more

the screws are only just long enough. Threading of net to mat is always a pain. They did supply a needle, but a simple boot lace ending on the string would be much easier. Net poles seam weak and probablly can't take the impact from a 50kg bouncing kid. So many small design changes I would implement to make it easier to assemble, more durable and better value for money. I told the client this trampoline should last 4 years, but after reading these reviews, I am second guessing my estimate.

It was good at the start – Hi bought this product for my kids 10 and 12 for 2019 Christmas and all was going great when a spring popped off, but no it hadn’t just popped off the stitching that holds the webbing to the mat all snapped so I sewed it back on with 20pound fishing line, then more snapped off, then over the Christmas holidays kids left a ball in there which generated heat and the mat melted. Show details

Terrible terrible terrible! Don’t waste your money – We brought this trampoline 18 months ago. We replaced the nets and safety pads in the first six months. The safety pads absorbed water and rotted. would have spent the money on this heap of rubbish if I knew what a rip off it was.

This was brought from the Warehouse in NZ and was the most expensive model when purchased. My children were 8 and 5 at the time.

I feel frustrated and ripped off by this company. The fact they offer such a short warranty period for such an expensive item sums the product and company up. This product is not fit for purpose, is dangerous and a huge waste of money.

WASTE OF MONEY – Only lasted a year! Zip broke within 2 months! Net fell apart! Foam mat is so thin that it didn’t last! Fibreglass poles broke! CHEAP PRODUCTS AND ASKING PREMIUM PRICES!!!! Replacement parts are so expensive and a rip off!!! When calling the after care line there was no empathy for the customer and no solution except for being asked to buy a new one....WHY would I do that!!??

Seems to be the fault with many I’ve read – From what I’ve read the problems with the springs coming away from the mat is common. This trampoline doesn’t even last a year, what a waste of money. My $250 warehouse tramp had lasted 4 years. My plum one just on 6 months for $450, both sold buy the warehouse. they should be taken off the market!!

Crap! – Such a shame that "santa" gave one to our three kids and the mat only lasted 8 months! The springs fell off due to the crappy stitching! very annoying to find out that the warranty for the frame is 12 months BUT the mat has only 6 months warranty, so when I rang up before warranty ran out thinking it was covered it was not! Now I'm trying to find a price for a plum trampoline mat to replace it with and can't find anything!!

Very poor quality – Received this as a gift from grandparents last June. The matting around the outside of the trampoline has all faded and gone out of shape. The zip on the net broke within 6 months. My kids are only two and four so the bounce is sufficient for them however their 8 old cousin was very disappointed. Mat stitching not that great! – I purchased a 14ft trampoline on 14 June last year and my children can no longer use it. Christmas Day Farce! One Day Old and I am concerned! – We have bought the 10ft Trampoline for $199 from ALDI primarily for our 3yrd old son. Instructions could have been clearer, though overall Set up was fairly simple. Construct, despite the price I expected to be solid. Ensuring the safety of my children. NOT THE CASE!!! effort to tighten the weak metal clamps so as the legs are completely stable, I have snapped 5 off and had to replace them with much stronger ones. Though metal clamps have now bent and the legs are not holding upright at all.

The netting I would have expected to be softer and less abrasive for the kids.

The threading system required for the net is questionable and a complete mini tool should be provided as opposed to being requires whipping something up "Macgyver Style".

Three (3) Springs appear to be have lost their "Full" spring already.

The amount of poor reviews that I read on here is deeply concerning.

The old adage "You get what you pay for" is true in most instances.

However I would have thought that $200 is still a solid amount to spend for most families, in the hope that they have purchased a product that with last for years to come. Likewise a trampoline that I had as a child lasted us 15years for comparitive the cost.

Very disappointed at this present moment and hope to find a resolve soon.

Disappointed – After just 18 months, our Plum trampoline mat has a rip in it from general use, the safety net is tearing at the top where the white material is and our safety mats has deteriated where all the elastic has broken and is no longer held in place.
