reported to the appropriate authorities as I was refused. As it stands, this is my worse interaction with a company due to the dishonesty and the expense of a product I do not have.

I bought the Ice Bath in June 2024 and when my chiller unit failed, less than 1 month out of the unacceptably short warranty period of 18 months the only option they only offer me is to ship it at my cost (from NNSW) to the workshop in Sydney, for parts and labour repairs, all at my cost, and then have it shipped back to me ... at my cost ! freight cost alone would be $600 ... and I shudder to think how much they would charge for parts and labour. Then when I source a local repairer, they refuse to ship them the parts to enable it to be repaired. So I have to get involved in trying to source parts and Pluslife for the repairer, but Pluslife delay, confuse and obfuscate the process over 2 + weeks, clearly just to frustrate my efforts to get a local repairer to fix it and to encourage me enough to ask about buying a replacement unit, which they then quote at - 1HP Eco Chiller : $3490 + delivery fee ! Just ridiculous. Eventually I ordered a replacement from a respected competitor, with better specs, FREE delivery and it arrived at my door 2 days later, I installed it in 30 minutes - all for $799. It works perfectly - That’s good customer service, that’s fair pricing - that’s a good company. Also, last year I wanted to buy a new filter for the chiller unit, which are to be replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on use, but of course because they are the only supplier, Pluslife only have one option, a 10 year supply - they only sell them in boxes of 10 purely to extract maximum dollars from users. Product failed, Customer service - no such thing.
