Terrible experience. This place is run by ignorant, xenophobic individuals with absolutely no sense of customer service. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Deliveries are consistently late and handled carelessly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this [Content Removed] entirely... I wonder if the [Content Removed] who made all those xenophobic remarks over the phone would me so outspoken and machito face to face...
Follow-up · When I was making a complaint about the delivery, the [Content Removed] from Poblano asked me if I spoke Spanish. I said yes. Why? Then he switched to Spanish and called me a word used to describe a certain group of people in my country who are associated with the dictatorial government. These people are seen as lower class—uneducated, ugly, mostly poor, and known as food beggars, etc. The delivery was careless because they used Auspost and Courier Please. After I placed the order, I instructed them to use Auspost because I use a Parcel Locker from Auspost. They ignored my instructions and used Courier Please, which did not make the delivery and was holding the parcel in their depot. As a result, I had to drive about 40 minutes to get my parcel after paying $25 for the delivery. The staff's unhelpfulness stemmed from poor treatment, a lack of willingness to listen, and disrespectful remarks directed at the customer.

I love cooking Mexican food at home for my family. After a recommendation I gave Poblano Mexican a try. The result was WOW! I will never buy supermarket Mexican ingredients again. Some of the products in my order like frijoles were fully imported, and some like the corn flour for tacos (masa harina) are produced in Australia following the authentic process. Having given this place a try, I will never buy supermarket Mexican again. The products were the real taste of Mexico. Ordering was straightforward and arrived from Victoria to QLD fast. Highly recommended.
